What has happened to Zaxby’s? The food is definitely not as good as it used to be, and the service is terrible. The last 2 times I’ve visited Zaxby’s, it was terrible, I most definitely will not be going back. Went there today because my husband wanted to try them. His order was wrong, took it back, and they still got it wrong. I explained what was wrong, and it still wasn’t right. Not only was the order not right, but the food was cold, and the traditional wings were hard.

Zaxby’s food is consistent and delicious! Everything on the menu is a hit. Love the sauces, especially Spicy Zax sauce. Garlic blaze wings (pictured) is my favorite of their wing sauces, but all the ones I’ve had are good. Best fry seasoning around too. Best fast casual/drive thru chicken spot around easily
