Ridiculously slow, employees never know what is going on and are always confused with orders. Waiting to have your order taken in the drive thru is crazy.. fries are hit or miss with salt. I started driving the extra couple miles to another establishment. This McDonald’s is anything but quick convenient food.

The gentleman that man’s the second window, he just hands the food. He is unsanitary. He had saliva stuck to his mouth and grabbed my food two or three times in the bag while checking it over and over… it’s gross. I asked for the manager and he said I’d have to wait a “really long time” before I could talk to them… so here’s my review.

Well I went into order and nobody acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. In fact I hardly saw anybody but one employee in there while I stood at the counter. I finally left and had to go through the drive-thru to get service. What I saw in the drive through was absolutely disgusting. I saw one of their maintenance people standing on top of what looked like an ice cream machine. He was standing right on the serving area of the machine with his nasty dirty shoes on instead of using the ladder that was right there. I told the employee I hope he plans on sanitizing that whole machine after walking all over it with his shoes. Absolutely disgusting. And by the way thank you for not even wrapping my sandwich in the wrapping paper but just throwing it in there to where I had to actually put my damn sandwich together myself. Absolutely lazy.

Please be aware, if going inside during rainy day, the bathrooms flood on a regular basis from leaky roof. They are aware, it is still happening and it probably leaks in other areas in restaurant. I hope the employees are careful as well. Not a suitable situation or safe.

McDonald’s is a moderately good place but I’m speaking from a former employee my self who worked for a year and I am genuinely ashamed and disappointed seeing one of the red hairs since I only saw two who did have red hair, give an attitude to my cousin who approached her very politely since we were missing 1 large and 1 small fry in our order, after throwing a fit she only said “I made our order for you” when we ordered on the kiosk?telling us an excuse. Honestly I’m genuinely disappointed and perhaps employees and managers need better training and communication with each other I feel bad and as a former employee because must say this once again we satisfy the customer as a worker and should be a friendly and respectful environment for fellow workers which I did see one unfortunately get yelled at for… no good reason? He handed me the bag and was polite. Also workers and customers definitely should not not instantly jump to negative attitudes. In the end we walked out with no compensation and got scammed of well over 8 dollars or more.

To you who must call out due to the attitude against my cherished cousin who had to come back inside alone, I wish you no ill will but I wouldn’t be surprised if you changed the color of your hair to avoid this complaint. Yes in the moment we ordered there were two people I saw and both of these women had red hair. One of them are clearly not involved but one definitely was and gave poor service.

Here at the jupiter Farms location, you can take your pick between soggy, grease-soaked, partially raw fries, and old, dry, stale fries.
If you want a burger of any kind, expect the bread to be weirdly card board and the toppings to be wrong. That’s assuming it makes it in the bag.
Don’t tell the people inside when they forgot something or something is wrong. Did you know that here, you, the customer, are the inconvenience and not the employees who do the bare minimum?
The group of humans who have a fry timer but clearly never took lessons on how to set it. Or the people who make sandwiches who put dents in the metal work table as they slam the petrified bread open to construct a sandwich that is in no way how you requested it.
If you like pure trash and bad attitudes and to feel like a complete inconvenience while spending your hard earned money….this is the place for you! Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
Today, I ordered a large fry and a plain double cheese burger. Here, you see raw fries and all the onion and pickles my burger had when I got home to eat.

McDonalds Jupiter Farms has a new way of serving up smaller ice cream for the same price – the best part is I mentioned this to the champion assistant in the picture who showed me the normal cup and said “look it’s the same” but clearly he doesn’t see what I saw because it was considerably bigger! Just wish I was quick enough to get a picture and besides if he had the correct cups why give me a small drink cup! Always awful don’t expect from McDonalds anymore which is sad
