Ordered Wings and wedges fan favorite box for delivery. All 10 hot and spicy wings were missing 1 of the 12 chicken nuggets were missing and 1 of the biscuits looked like it was torn apart and thrown in the box. Seems like they didn’t have what we ordered and just gave us what they had left. This was a dinner for two people and now we are out money and have to find something else to eat as the food received seems questionable. We have had food from here previously with no issues but this time makes us question ever coming back. Very disappointed.

Manager no where to be found, probably playing games in his office the electric kios does not give a verification that your order even was in. Put our order in and waited for 45 minutes then they could not find it.Everything is out of stock. KFC SHOULD TAKE THERE GOOD NAME OFF THE BUILDING!

This KFC location is an absolute embarrassment and should be ashamed of how it treats paying customers. I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready in 5–15 minutes, but when I arrived, not one employee acknowledged me for over 20 minutes. My food was sitting there the entire time, hidden out of sight instead of being placed on the customer pickup counter where it belonged. This was not a mistake or an accidentit was sheer laziness and a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, this is not the first time it’s happened. The staff here show zero respect, zero urgency, and zero basic courtesy toward their customers. Allowing orders to sit and get cold while ignoring people standing at the counter is unacceptable, and it speaks volumes about how poorly managed this store is. If anyone at KFC actually cares about their brand or customers, this location needs serious retraining, or new management entirely.

I ordered in drive thru the 8 piece meal and they were out of coleslaw and green beans so I got the corn. I ordered the grill chicken and she said there a 6 minutes waiting time I said okay and then it took another 25 minutes waiting for my order. I received my order and asked if she put the condiments in bag she said yes and left so I checked and there’s was no condiments so I had to go in side and get them. I can say this that the grill chicken was hot and good. But the Corn was dry and Cold .Service needs some help and leader ship.

Ordered 4 PC original smash potato and gravy. Chicken and biscuit was so old and dry I couldn’t eat it. My sides looked good but couldn’t eat them because I didn’t get fork or a straw for my drink. Would’ve brought it back but didn’t have time.. The worst!

When I walked into the restaurant, everybody was really, really friendly. Joe Maria Fran John Esther and Steven. You could not ask for a better crew of people. I did not stand at the counter for a long time. I didn’t have to use that stupid machine and place my order. The food was excellent, fresh, hot and even the cold floor was outstanding. Please give these guys the recognition that they deserve. In Riverview, Kentucky fried chickens.Are they as good as this one I am from New York and Kentucky Fried Chicken is my favorite place to eat.I would rake dish in the top five

Okay, as usual I go to a place with five stars in mind. Then after I’ve finished interacting with the employees and checking out the establishment I begin to subtract star’s if necessary. Unfortunately, this was one of those times where subtracting stars was necessary. Let’s begin with Cameron the cashier, this young man had more attitude then enough for someone who is greeting customers. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but whatever the case, he made me feel like he didn’t like his job or me. I approached with a smile and a happy demeanor and got shut down with his attitude. He needs training on how to interact with customers. Second they were already out of original wings by 3 in the afternoon. 3rd my chicken breast was so oily it’s soaked the paper it was on and I had to get another one, no thanks to the young lady who I asked in the first place, she excused herself past me out to the drive-thru while I was standing at the counter waiting, but thanks to the young lady who saw me looking confused, I got another one which was pretty much just as oily but I ate it because it was hot and I was hungry. And last but not least, Cameron decided to come out and sweep around the tables while I was eating. I cannot stand when workers do that, kicking up dust while someone is eating is totally disrespectful. So I had to ask him not to sweep while I was eating and he did stop. I’ll finish with this, both the young lady who served my food and the young lady who gave me a replacement chicken breast had smiles on their face and very nice attitudes, so I’m leaving here with a 3-star attitude. Maybe the next time I come back, which I think I will, I can upgrade it
