I asked for no tomatoes and onion on my burrito supreme because I’m allergic. I also asked for a CRUNCHY taco to go with my #3 meal. They gave me a burrito supreme with onion and tomato on it. They also gave me a soft taco and there was a long red piece of hair in it!!!!

Standard Taco Bell.

– Dish: Hard Shell Taco. Yep, about what you’d expect. Nothing wrong. Just your cookie-cutter taco. My son thoroughly enjoyed it as he does most any taco.

– Dish: Burrito. Again, about what you’d expect. A bit heavier on the beans.

– Service: Geared more toward ordering online or using the kiosks. Took a bit of convincing to have someone take our order, but we were taken care of.

– Atmosphere: Very pleasant modern fast food restaurant feel with a flare of Mexican. A few of the tables were dirty, but there were enough for us to select a clean table. There were no other customers at the time of our visit, but there was a lot going on in the drive-thru.

– Conclusion: It’s your standard fast food restaurant. You get what you pay for.

Stopped by Saturday around 4:30pm.

Next time I pay 5 dollars for a small five layer BEEFY burrito, there should be BEEF in it, not just rice and cheese. The girl at the window was nice though. Give her a raise….unless she took the beef from the burrito

I unknowingly showed up 5 minutes before they closed and these guys probably about ready to go home were absolutely amazing and food was fire . I who have worked in the restaurant business in the past understands the frustration “5 min to close” customers can be and I unfortunately was one of them but they had awesome attitudes and ya food was banger. This isn’t a post to tell ever to go there 5 minutes before close. It’s a post to show the customer service and professionalism these folks showed tonight much props.

Congratulations Taco Bell. If your goal was to make visiting your restaurants completely impersonal you’ve achieved your goal. Also no clean tables. Floor is dirty. Employees yelling to each other definitely sets the mood for a nice quiet lunch. Then again it’s not like the drive thru is any better.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences in as many years. Once they stopped serving breakfast early and today they were closed dispite allowing me to place on online order. This type of repeated crap is how you loose otherwise loyal customers. Now I have to fight with my bank for a refund.

Couldn’t find the order, then took forever to make the food. Once made – it was nothing short of crappy.

Absolute bottom of the barrel establishment. Submitted a mobile order around noon, it said to come for pickup at 1215. Show up to the restaurant to a mild crowd, maybe 3 cars in the driveway.

As I waited for my food (and waited) I started noticing people coming in and ordering food at the kiosk, getting their food, and then leaving. After 15 minutes standing there (by now after 1230) I was finally able to get someone’s attention and was told “just be patient…you see we busy”. And while yes, there orders coming in, I’m not sure what else staff would expect in during the lunch rush.

The entire time I stood there (25 minutes by the time they gave me my food at 1238) there was zero attention paid to any customers needs in the dining room. The girl running food was whispering names and then walking away so no one knew theirs was even ready. There was an old lady struggling to use the kiosk getting told to just figure it out, had to be helped by other customers.

All in all I had a 30 minute window into one of the worst run fast food establishments I’ve ever seen. Corporate needs to get in here and help these people. Definitely don’t come during lunch time and expect to leave with food within a half hour.

The ordering experience is trash. If you don’t want to stumble through the kiosks the employees will just avoid eye contact with you until you take the hint
