As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

me and my husband went for just milkshakes for our family and went through the drive thru and a female by the name of Kay based on what our receipt reads, is extremely rude and needs a reality check. she threw my change back to me which actually hits the pavement doesn’t even hand it to me. so checkers management might wanna check their employees.

Would give a 0 if I could. Arrived at 7:45 walked up to the window. Stood there while employees looked at me. Finally came to the window and took my order. I ordered a $4.00 meal and 2 chili dogs and a ice cream. No ice cream. Machine broke, even though ice cream was dripping from it. 20 minutes later no food. The car that I would have been behind, plus 2 more went through the line, still no food. I asked for a refund they told me your food is almost ready. I could see they hadn’t even started preparing it. I asked for a refund again, had to wait for the lady at the drive through to do the refund. I did nor said anything to be treated the way I was. They all had attitudes for some reason. I left and went to Wendy’s, had my food in less than 5 minutes. I will never return there. My husband and I both worked 12 hour shifts. We just wanted food!!!!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch. When we got home, 30 miles away, discovered they had given us the wrong order. I called and explained what had happened. Whoever answered the phone took my name and number, said they would tell manager coming in next shift. Told him it would be a week. When I went week later, NO HELP. The worker was rude, said that no one there knew anything, including the GM. Very very disappointed and will never go back to this location!
