I had my order FAST and cooked perfectly! Bone in wings, fries well done and I waited maybe 6 minutes. Really excellent for just opening and on par or better than other Wingstops I’ve been to. New staff should be proud, they’re on it!

First time at this Wing Stop location. I placed my order and got a diet coke from the fountain, I told the cashier that I think it might have been flat, the young man in the back immediately went and changed out the syrups and gave me a fresh cup for my drink. I went out to the car with my carry out and realized I had accidentally received the wrong order of wings. Again the young man in the back was so nice and had me a fresh order of the correct wings in no time flat! The young cashier Mary was very nice also! Very happy with my experience!

Very friendly, their fries were on point and our portion was what we paid. Their Cajun corn lemme tell you, I don’t like corn but I love this corn. Loved the price as well. Definitely will be back. We’ve had buffalo wild wings and yall blow them out of the water! Keep going!!

We ordered food through the app and they kept forgetting things from our order. The second time we came in, we showed them our order and told them exactly what we were missing and they were slightly ignorant about it. We had to go back a third time because they still didn’t give us all of our food. When we got back, we realized they had still messed it up and gave us wings instead of tenders.

Just left wingstop and my food was not cooked throughly and at that the atmosphere of the place stunk. The worker had an ugly attitude, and at that there was no ice in the machine and the worker had the nerve to say it takes awhile for it to make ice. I will be reporting this behavior to corporate and hope that they get new management and crew members there. I will not be referring people to eat at the wingstop in Muskogee. But if you want poor customer service and food then be my guest. Third time this happened to me here since this has been open and each time it was an unpleasant experience. Never again

It was super busy, the only table left was dirty, but it’s no problem, I wiped it off. The crew works hard and really does well. 4 stars out of 5 because the fries weren’t hot hot, and I feel like they’ve changed fry type.

Had an issue with an online order and called the store for help. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and another staff member used extremely inappropriate language toward me over the phone. This location consistently has problems with rude service and incorrect or missing items. Very disappointing experience.

These guys keep hiring rude and disrespectful child employees. Just because i order something that you don’t like, doesn’t mean i deserve to be not only talked back to but sneered at and ignored, and when the product ordered is trash i expect a refund, as i returned the product and pointed out the mistakes.
Just because you try to sell me undercooked overpriced wings doesn’t mean i have to pay for them and become the butt of an incredibly disgusting joke.
Wish i could give zero starts. Not only is the food disgustingly underprepared, but the staff at this restaurant are horrendously disrespectful and act as if they will fight people for their inadequate services. I will not be returning to this trashy establishment
