The cashier Miracle, (and I think manager??) is absolutely the BEST person I have ever met in a food establishment. Her service is always so prompt, friendly, and as I go there daily, she’s always has a surprising amount of energy for 5am in the morning! I love coming here and will continue to go as long as she is there!

What can I say? Just very let down. I don’t do fast food very often for reasons like this. So I had a $2 off coupon for the New Blt Frisco burger combo any size, so head out to my local Hardee’s which is usually pretty solid, and order a large double. First they didn’t give me a double and the meat wasn’t even charged. Isn’t that the selling point. Then the lettuce which there was more of that then meat, was so brown and disgusting I had to take it off. Tomatoes were super soggy like they been sitting at room Temperature all day. The bacon was decent though. Fries soggy and cold even more than usual for the ride home. Wasn’t given a receipt so when a realize that I was charged $11 even with $2 off I was little mad. Worse off you can’t call restaurant because it hangs up on you so I’m left with driving back up there and dealing with it or cut my loss and right Hardee’s and just use the BK across the street next time. Lyman Hardee’s do better people work hard for their money and once in a while would like some halfway decent food and service.

So apparently at Hardee’s, 300 reward points = a whopping $2.49 off. Not the free 4-pack cinnamon raisin biscuits the app leads you to believe… just $2.49. Total bait-and-switch.
And here’s where it really went off the rails:
The GM kept asking me, “Well… does it say free?”
Ma’am… when every other 300-point item is free, yes—it’s kind of implied. What it definitely didn’t say was “Congrats, here’s a discount smaller than a gas station coffee.”
Then she asked if I still wanted it—after my 300 points were already gone.
Then she scanned it on her own phone and proudly announced, “See? It’s only $2.49,” as if that somehow proved I wasn’t being misled.
This is exactly how you lose loyal customers—misleading rewards and management doubling down instead of fixing it.
Food was okay.
Mary at the register? Absolute gem.
If not for her, this would be a 1-star “don’t walk, RUN” warning.

Came here at 5:00 pm to grab a quick bite between afterschool activities. None of the food was even edible. The fries were hard as rocks. The 2 chicken wraps were clearly chicken tenders from lunch and reheated making them chewy and disgusting. The burgers were cold and the buns were hard. Tried to call but of course you cannot call this location.

Stopped by around 6pm for dinner. The burger was so cold the cheese was hard, the lettuce was brown, the tomato had brown spots and the fries were cold and oil logged. I tried to call and no one answered.

I stopped in on Saturday morning to get 10 biscuits for work and my order was wrong. I ordered 4 gravy and 6 sausage and egg. The girl handed me my bag and I could tell there weren’t 4 gravy boxes in there so how did she not know. The girl placing orders in bag ( who i believe her name is miracle ) was so busy on her phone that she didn’t even check it. This morning I stopped again for breakfast and same old girl (miracle) standing there on her phone texting instead of taking care of customers. Its a shame that phones are so much important than taking of the customers and being present for a job that clearly you signed up for. Put the phones down while customers are in line whether it be drive thru or inside.

They should be called “Smashburgers” because every thing I have ever got from there looked flat and smashed up. Shocked that this place is still open for business. They lost me for good when they did away with the Curly fries. I was wrong, I had to come back for a Mushroom & Swiss burger. I admit when I’m wrong.

Very disrespectful management fair skin black lady nasty attitude I just purchased side of gravy pulled off checks bag the gravy too watery I preceded back to drive thru just to get refund she rudely stated what you get it for then wow how disrespectful also she preceded to say it was only $1.42 thanks to her I will not be returning and spending my money at this establishment I’m sure she has been disrespectful to customers before she needs to be investigated asap
