Excellent place and excellent food. 5-Star.
After our exciting trip up to Pikes Peak via the Cog railways and then a tiring walk down from the station to the town center, we all were hungry and I don’t think we could have been to any better place than this.
Great food, quick service and normal price point. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this area. We ordered the following and our total amount was $81:
1. Chicken Pakora
2. Garlic Naan (4)
3. Shahi Paneer (came with a side of Jira Rice)
4. Chicken Makhni (came with a side of Jira rice)

Love this place. Glad for the food that was so good. From the outside it doesn’t look so spacious but inside it’s very cozy, smell
of food permeates as soon as you enter. There is another dining area in the back. The server was quick to greet a welcoming ask of how many people The ambiance is so eclectic with touches of things hung from the ceiling like ivy, lights; and on the walls. Place looks clean even on a dark cold Sunday night outside, almost an hour until closing time. Seems to be unkept throughout a busy day.
Ordered chicken pakora, garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, lamb saag and chicken tandoori. The chicken pakora was fried crispy and served with green chutney and tamarind sauce. Lamb saag was delicious with lamb cooked tender and not gamey. Garlic naan came out hot and super buttery, garlicky pillowy soft. Tikka masala had the right creamy texture and color. Only small nice to have would be a little bit more tomato flavor would make it perfect. The chicken tandoori size was very generous. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the sauce with sauted with green peppers elevated the taste. The chicken tandoori was definitely my favorite!!! All were ordered to be mild and they came out perfect.

Best Himalayan Cousin I had ever! We love Indian food, but this place was special. Definitely most delicious and nice atmosphere.
Would recommend this place if you are in the area and like traditional Indian food.

I’ve been here about 3 times now and Norbu’s is my go to place when I’m craving delicious Indian food to heal my soul! I’m Malaysian, so coming here is very comforting and the food makes me feel like I’m in my mom’s kitchen. Great staff, drinks, plenty of gluten free and dairy free options as well! I love to sub coconut milk with the dishes I get, everything is SO GOOD easily my favorite restaurant in downtown manitou.

We stopped here for lunch. My daughter was craving Indian food. It was delicious . I got the Tikka Masala with chicken medium spice. It was not too hot for me. I give it 8.9 out of 10. My daughter got Makhani chicken medium spice. It was also really good. It was more rich and creamier than my Masala. I give it 9.1 out of 10. My whole family enjoyed their meals. Rojesh served us and was very kind and attentive. The place is cute and bathroom is clean.

Nobu’s Kitchen offers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food is incredibly flavorful and authentically prepared, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The restaurant has a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, and the service is attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality. The location is wonderful as well—the street is lined with charming shops, making it perfect for an easy, enjoyable walk after your meal. Standout dishes include the Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer, Aloo Gobi, and the Garlic Naan—all absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anyone craving great Indian food!

My hubs and I LOVE this place. The staff are salt of the earth folks who always greet and serve us with kindness and warmth. Their cooking is top notch, serving comforting food that is infused with bold, immense flavor and hearty, homemade sophistication. We just love Norbu’s and are grateful they’re in Manitou. Stop in for lunch or dinner and give it a try. There really is something for everyone. We’re vegetarian but our omnivore friends and family have loved the meat dishes, so we confidently vouch for those, too. Samosas are on point, I wish the naan was bottomless, and the rice is aromatic and perfectly cooked. Veggie korma, daal, chana masala, aloo gobi, veggie curry, sweet potato masala, it’s all fantastic. Enjoy!
