The lady at the window was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Not only was the service terrible but the food was as well. I had ordered a VEGETARIAN chalupa and when I bit into it I found multiple pieces of chicken. ALSO, the rice in the bowls were VERY hard and crunchy. It wasn’t cooked. Was very gross from what I could tell through the drive thru window – very unsanitary looking. Would not go again especially if you are vegan or vegetarian as there is meat in my tacos!!

During my once every six months Taco Bell indulgence, I visited this west Bell County delight. I was greeted immediately by a pleasant voice and amazing attitude on the other side of the microphone. She informed me that my go-to menu item was now placed at the top of the menu and that I personally was the reason for its success, I chuckled and proceeded to the window to exchange currency for my afternoon snack. This is where I got to put a voice to a name and Phoebe was that name. I gave her gratitude for her great personality and cheerfulness, we both agreed that its much easier to have a positive outlook on life, when possible. We exchanged a smile and a “Have a great day”. I hope Phoebe navigates her way through the work force and never loses that spirit. This kindness and happiness will go far and reflect on others. Taco Bell may not be her last stop on the employment train but I sure hope they see her value while she is there. Thank you TB-WA and Phoebe.

This is a awesome establishment with incredibly quick staff and very kind, curtious and professional. I ordered online and got the online special and I was there within 7 mins and it was already ready for me to pick up and go. Overall a wonderful experience and fast. I highly recommend this location for your hunger.

The manager “helping” in the window is actually messing everything up, not to mention she is extremely dismissive. Bless the lady making the drinks heart for having to deal with her or be “trained” that way. It’s fast food, but you don’t have to speed things up so much you mess up orders, burn food, create chaos, and treat customers poorly!

I don’t know if they hired new people or what, but the crew working when we were there was highly helpful, polite, and attentive. It seemed clean and there was even someone cleaning up outside. All items appeared to be made correctly. 1 star deduction because the chicken enchilada burrito is terrible and the chipotle chicken taco is not good. I don’t understand why Taco Bell removes great items and replaces them with terrible ones. Stop removing the good stuff!!! I’ve been eating at Taco Bell for 40+ years and the chicken enchilada burrito is probably the worst item I’ve ever had. I only finished it because I hate wasting food.

Ordered at drive thru window on 7/23 between 550pm-6pm. The lady at window had an attitude when I arrived at the drive thru window. I didn’t have too much of an issue with it though until I opened my tacos they look like they were intentionally crushed.

Our food was out quick and the order was right. However, the 3 employees working did not even acknowledge the counter. Didn’t even turn to great anyone coming through the door. The entire time we were here we saw nothing but the 3 employee’s backs. One of the employees was open-mouth chomping on gum while readying each order.

This is the first time we’ve tried this Taco Bell on this side of town and out of the 2 here in Temple this is the Cleanest and well-maintained Taco Bell we ever been to. The Cooks and Preps they are so in rhythm with each other you can tell they like working with one another. The girls kept up with all the condiments and restocked them and were very helpful and attentive with the Kiosk on our orders. they’re very Respectful and polite when they bring out your order too. We will definitely be back to this Taco Bell and make this one our Home Taco Bell as well. ♥️ Thank you again. The food was great and prepared perfectly.
