Everyone at this location are very nice , they make the bowls look like art, the bowls are always filled and taste great.
Been to another location in massachusetts, different owners and employees don’t seem to care , bowls are thrown together and employees don’t seem to like there jobs.

Ordered two bowls and both were messy and were only halfway filled. Mostly granola with barely any Açaí in sight. I don’t know what happened but other locations don’t make this mistake. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

I am appalled at how the girl working behind the counter was speaking about “getting high” with two other girls .who were just chilling on the side , It was 6:08pm and she stood there chatting about HS drama with two other girls . Always love playa bowls. The people working in there are so kind and welcoming and also make the BEST bowls!! I always get the Dragonberry. It is so yummy and the fruit is always very fresh!!

My daughter absolutely loves the Nutella bowl, but the consistency of rude and “ entitled “ behaviors gets terribly old! Tonight I spent $14.09 , but ONLY because my daughter absolutely loves it! The rude and unprofessional behaviors are pretty consistent at this location. The product and location are superb , but please do better with the “ delivery “! Thank you! P.S. INCREDIBLE!!! Literally the best Açaí bowl I have ever had. I’ve had plenty, across many states. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and super kind. Greeted us warmly and were an absolute dream.
