Amazing breads and pastries! I normally just grab a loaf of community sourdough or rye here (which are the best bread you can buy anywhere!) but decided to try some pastries and they were amazing! The almond croissant was crispy, crunchy, on the outside while chewy, soft, moist with a perfect almond flavor 10/10. The danishes and cinnamon rolls with icing are also delicious. I will definitely pick all of these up again. Stinson breads is truly a local gem.

Hands down the best pastries. We tried one of each so we could all share as a family and every bite was incredible. We live 35-40 minutes away and would still consider driving that far just to eat here. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

Met a friend for lunch and ordered the smoked bacon turkey sandwich which was amazing!!! Also picked up a sourdough loaf to take home. No indoor seating and the bread shelves were almost bare, but the weather was beautiful and comfortable under the trees. Totally understand why the bread was almost gone. It was delicious.

This is the nicest little bakery. We stopped before heading on a road trip. We got breakfast sandwiches, chocolate croissants, jalapeño sourdough, and olive oil loaf. It was all delicious. The service was outstanding and the employees greeted us with a smile. I will definitely be going back.

Great variety of fresh breads and pastries! Limited, revolving menu so not everything is always available at all times and things do sell out, but worth it! No indoor seating but does have some outdoor seating, so be prepared. A small selection of delicious, simple breakfast sandwiches was a nice surprise, also limited by supply and demand. Good selection of coffee, teas, and espresso drinks, with fun seasonal menu items. Get there early or during non-peak times, food like this is so worth it!

Delicious bakery!! I haven’t had a bad item on their menu. They have amazing sourdough, but also lots of other yummy pastries and croissants. It gets busy on the weekends, so you might have to wait in a bit of a line but it’s worth it. It’s also worth it to get there early so you have more selection.
I hadn’t friend their classes yet, but my friends say it was really good. Looking forward to taking one in the future.
Note: they have several patio tables, but there isn’t much room to sit indoors. f the weather is bad, I’d plan for takeout.

Went by here mid-morning and purchased a loaf of sour dough and two pastries. All was excellent and I will be back. I got to meet the owner and hear the story of the business. Don’t miss out head to downtown Opelika and give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Support some good local people and a fine business.

Been here twice now. Olive cake is so good. Sourdough is really good too. Just slice some, toast it for a minute, and you’ve got the perfect breakfast for days.
Pumpernickel snack bread is the best bread I’ve had in years.. affordable price breads with good ingredients, highly recommend
