From our fresh, never-frozen whole rotisserie chicken to our fresh-baked cornbread and wide variety of family-favorite sides, each family member can create their ideal meal. There’s something for everyone! We only serve natural chicken, full of flavor and free of antibiotics and added hormones – marinated in garlic & herbs, and rotisserie roasted to perfection. It’s rotisserie roasted every hour, on the hour and ready to serve when you arrive. Plus, we also serve rotisserie turkey and freshly prepared ribs and meatloaf.

Fantastic, delicious!! We went out of our way to come here on a road trip since we haven’t had Boston Market in ages. The folks running the place were very friendly and attentive. The food was nostalgic and awesome! The staff mentioned they cook and prep everything in-house (aka not frozen or reheated)!

I used to go to Boston Market all the time, then they all closed and that was sad. I was driving with some friends and saw this place, and was surprised, so as soon as I got the chance I stopped in. Aside from the stuff being in unmarked containers it was just as good as always, and I was happy.
I hope this place stays open a long time.
Also the server was super friendly and helpful even though I got there late and im sure she had a long day.
Everyone should go here. So much fast food is trash, I always loved Boston Market because even though its “fast food” its restaurant quality, and healthy.
Definitely will be back whenever im in the area.

Meatloaf had tendons in it, mac and cheese was dry and tasteless, steamed veggies had no taste. We ordered 4 dinners one turkey with mashed and stuffing which my mom said was good. Other 3 meals were Meatloaf which was disgusting, appeared under cooked and found tendons in the meat. Order wasn’t ready on time. If I could rate minus stars I would. We WILL NOT be ordering again.

It was a one man show! One staff person doing everything! He was friendly, took care of each customer. Food was ok, they were out of a lot things, but we still left with good food. DH got ribs, broccoli, mac and sweet potatoes. I got a sandwhich and mac. We enjoyed.

This food is complete trash! I ordered on Uber Eats and they didn’t have the dark meat I ordered because they had to make more – strike one. I receive my food which is lukewarm. That’s a surprise because it wasn’t even ready with my courier arrived.
The rotisserie chicken skin is like leather and you can hear it when you rip it apart.
The mac and cheese is bland along with the overcooked stuffing. These items never tasted like this.
The rotisserie wing pieces look absolutely nothing like in the photo. The photo on the app has full piece bbq wings with the sauce glazed on (not dry flavorless breaded wing piece that are ALL DRUMS)!!! Gross.
The sweet potatoes are runny but at least they’re hot. To top it off they neglected to add my slice of chocolate cake to the bag. At least I maybe would’ve been able to enjoy something. The cornbread is nasty too.
I’ve never had food this nasty EVER and definitely not from Boston Market. You are NOT following the recipes and don’t know how to cook at all. I should’ve trusted the subpar rating.
You all need to do better. I’m sure you wouldn’t eat this trash or serve it to your own family. You clearly don’t value your customers nor take much pride in your work. You are not decent people for serving old, nasty food like this. If I had my car I’d pull up!!

Purchased a family meal for 6 and we were highly dissatisfied. Firstly, the chicken was disgusting! It was not seasoned at all. I have been to Boston Market Restaurants so many times in the past. This food was not even edible or close to the franchise food I’ve had before. This was supermarket baked chicken with sides that were not fresh. It is disgrace and appears these are con artists using Boston Markets name to sell horrible chicken that nobody would buy otherwise. I would never recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

This was the worst Boston Market I’ve ever had. The creamed spinach tasted like straight flour, and the Mac and cheese was practically cheese-less and also tasted like flour. The chicken was sopping wet and tasteless, but yet also tough and leathery, like it has been there for a long time.
I had ordered pick up, and the single employee had not even received the order when I walked in at my pick up time.
Finally, woe to anyone trying to eat at the restaurant- the heat was off or not working, so it was freezing inside.

I ordered 1/4 chicken meal, not what I expected it to be, chicken taste was not how I remember it use to be, the cream spinach was not good either. N on top of that I ate in the store, out side temperature 46 degrees, and inside they had no heat at all, food was cold and the chicken seemed it was reheated.

We’ve been to Boston Market in MA in the past. Good to see this place near our refueling spot. We sat down for late lunch. Loud music was playing for a short while, but unfortunately replaced by loud chatter, and I don’t think it was the customers. Other than that, all else was ok. Chicken was good, mash potatoes were too salty, corn wasn’t the greatest. It was warm nutrition and rest from the road.
