Just had a fantastic Cowboy Beef Brisket Sandwich with great potato salad and Baked Beans at the Rock and Ribs Fest at Southern Park Mall, Boardman, Ohio. All the food was tasty, tender, and well done. Service was fast and friendly. Texas Barbeque and Texas itself represented itself well here.
