Came for lunch and it wasn’t too busy, so we were seated right away which was nice. I usually go for the salmon karaage with a spicy ahi bowl, and I think the value you get from ordering that combo is next level. The food came out fast after ordering and the quality was good overall. The garlic salmon was thick and flavorful, and I personally liked it a little more than the garlic hamachi, though they tasted pretty similar. Another favorite of mine is the kabocha. They gave a lot of pieces and they were cooked perfectly. The only thing that fell a little short was the California roll, which wasn’t rolled very well and didn’t have much substance inside. Service was good and the electronic ordering system with food delivered by train makes it super easy. Overall, it was a solid spot for lunch and a pretty good experience.

to be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for this place but it ended up exceeding expectations. We got so many good items that it’s really hard to go wrong. The only not good item was some kind of tuna bomb because it tasted just like tuna fish salad from a can. Everything else tasted great. It was good enough that we came back a second night during our stay. Service was quick to even when they told us we were 7th in line, it was only 10 min wait. If you are looking for quick and cheap and still tasty, I’d recommend this place!

Genki Sushi in the mall is the kind of place that turns lunch into a mini theme park experience. Instead of a server strolling over you get a tiny sushi bullet train that zooms your order straight to your table. Every plate arrives like a little surprise delivery and honestly watching the train is half the entertainment. The restaurant is always crowded which means you already know you are in for a lively ride

Most plates land right in the three to six dollar range so you feel confident and bold when ordering. Four hungry people and a hundred dollars later we had a colorful collection of empty plates stacked like a sushi version of Jenga. The experience is fast fun and full of energy which explains why there is always a line

The food itself is where things get a bit less exciting. Some items looked better than they tasted and a few pieces were missing that fresh flavor you hope for with sushi. Nothing disappointing enough to ruin the mood but definitely enough to make me rethink my ordering strategy next time. I have a feeling there are better winning plates here once you learn the menu and play the sushi train game correctly

Overall Genki Sushi is a blast and worth the visit for the novelty alone. Come for the train stay for the crowd energy and next time order like a seasoned sushi racer instead of a rookie.

The experience was delightfully modern with the convenience of browsing the menu via a QR code, making ordering a breeze—maybe even too easy, as you can quickly get carried away with all the tempting options. The tables were clean and the service was pretty good. The ambiance is casual and inviting, perfect for a fun bite to eat with the wife and kids. The standout dishes for me were the Spicy Tuna, which had just the right amount of heat and flavor, and the Wagyu, which tasted great.

One of our favorite spots!

Located inside Pearlridge Mall, this sushi restaurant offers great sushi and small entrees without the conveyor belt setup. Instead, you order via QR code, and a shuttle delivers your food directly to your booth. It’s a fun experience, especially for kids who enjoy watching the shuttle come and go.

A quick tip: the restaurant can be busy, so scan the QR code at the window to join the waitlist. You can then browse the mall while you wait.

The restaurant is next to Five Guys and Macy’s. Note that GPS might direct you to the lower mall, which involves a longer walk. For the closest parking, use the spots near Five Guys and Macy’s.

While the restaurant does allow service animals, the space can be a bit tight for those with pets, especially if you’re not comfortable having a dog near your food.

Overall, this spot is a must-try for its great and affordable sushi, excellent customer service, and friendly staff.

Great Japanese food location in the mall! Its just like other Genki locations except that it does not serve alcohol and most of the seats are bar style seats facing the food delivery tracks.

All the food was great and was delivered to the seat extremely fast. Price was more than fair. All in all, I was satisfied!

**Menu is online** Not too bad. Food was pretty decent, however, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is not as good as other Genkis I’ve been to. Service was not bad. However, I didn’t know who my server was and just started flagging down random servers for refills and special items you can’t order on their online menu

Mom wanted Genki Sushi so went for early dinner to beat the weekend crowd, plus wanted to try there new location, now near the Food Court. No heavy tablet, order through their cellphone app, still receive your food via a train (?) once you ” send to kitchen” . Felt more spacious, still have counter service and tables. Workers were helpful assisting with their new service ordering on your cellphone to receiving the bill, so yes will return to this Genki Pearlridge.

Fun!! My son really loves this place!! He loves the fish eggs. It’s nice because there are choices for non-sushi eaters too!! Pay attention to how many plates you get, because it can add up quick if you are not paying attention. Very nice staff. Made me miss living in Japan
