I love Wendy’s breakfast….But the service is pretty bad, they have an issue listening when you order making you repeat yourself 3 times before they get it right. This morning they forgot the meat in my sandwich….fast food these days is just absolutely terrible because of the people they hire.

Foods consistent and has days when it’s amazing. But this last time I went there was a green color between the bread and chicken. I looked up online and someone said it could be pickle juice, but I only get lettuce on mine. The pictures don’t do it justice well, but it’s a yellowish green.
I do hate it when I get water, and it’s clear they didn’t let the tap run for a moment, and then there’s another drink mixed in with the water. It tastes disgusting, and you can always tell cause it’ll have a pink or yellow tint to it too. People are nice but often slow. Not that they take longer than other fast food places, (in fact they tend to be faster) but if you’re going inside, the person supposed to be running the cash register is often elsewhere. Then you hear people call for that person because they’re the only one allowed to take your order. I’ve stood there for a few minutes before that person even gets within view. Other than that, very friendly staff.
Yes, they have outdoor seating, and I posted a bad picture of it to prove so. It got redone long ago, and its decor and everything is definitely well done and modern. It definitely looks better now.

Workers don’t know their own menu. Also every single worker crowded around the window when we pulled up to see who ordered. Immediately asks for my card back and refused to take food from this place.

Hateful and rude!!! I wondered why no one was in line for Breakfast, well i found out!! Placed our order, nice total was given, got to the window no greeting was given and no total was given. Was given out drinks and wasn’t told which was which and to see if they were marked. Handed our change without a receipt and had to ask for a receipt. Was shorted one straw. Could see worker and manager inside window looking at us even tho we were waving to get their attention. Didn’t want to open the window to give us one, so I honked the horn to get their attention. They opened the window did say anything but handed the straw and slammed the window shut. The employees need to be trained in customer service or fired!!

Floors were sticky. We stood there 2 minutes and none of the 6 employees acknowledged us. Finally after we spoke up we were too it would be a minute. Then the manager was more interested in making sure cups and lids were stocked.. We left. Being former Wendy’s employees from another town this is unacceptable.

The store stays clean for the most part but their have been a couple times where I go in to sit down and the tables are sticky and the floor has food even in a time when they are not busy. The food has a decent wait time even when their is a rush and the food taste good it is cooked good the fries and nice and soft with crisp edge.
