I honestly never get good service at ANY Dunkin Donuts, I had high hopes for this location but unfortunately they suck! I asked for a side of plain bacon, & a bacon egg, cheese bagel (which usually comes with plain bacon) they gave me maple bacon for both. It feels like they did it on purpose. It sucks that I paid almost $4 for bacon that my son can’t eat!

We came through the Dunkin drive-through. We ordered three turkey egg and cheese croissant, a caramel medium iced coffee and a blueberry refresher. We waited over 20 minutes in the line and then once we were done when we got our food, we had white cotton stuff on the food so I park my car went went inside to return the sandwiches that had the white thing that was on it, and there was a gentleman in there who did not have uniform on. He said that he had came in to help, and there was another gentleman with little braids in his hair who came with attitude and said that I needed to tell them in a Better voice that there was something in my food. We did not get our food and I don’t think this is a Dunkin I’ll ever come back to. It was dirty those empty basket baskets with no donuts in it Paper all over the place one girl went outside to go play with animals right by the drive-through while there was a whole bunch of cars still sitting in drive-through waiting for their food.

Something that should have taken 3-4 mins took 15mins order was 95% incorrect when received
Avocado Toast was not toasted got charged for a bagel I did ask for and didn’t receive my sausage egg and cheese sandwich , coffee doesn’t taste like hazelnut nut and the cherry on top this whole situation made me 20 mins late to work when I’m only a 5 mins drive from this damn Dunkin.

What happened to the days when the drive thru was answered as quickly as possible to beat quotas and goals?….i can’t believe how long you can sit at the drive thru board without anyone saying a word. At that point you just want to pull up to the window to make someone take your order. Then you get asked if your order is going to be long or not?!?…..quality of service and hospitality have really gone down hill over the years. And most workers are just apathetic and seem like they could care less about customers. It doesn’t take that much energy to be a nice person and treat people with a smile. It’s just sad how no one seems to care about the quality of their work and personality.

Disappointed Dunkin’ Donuts does not offer veterans discount. Companies that offer veteran discount say that it is because they want to honor their veterans. Does this mean Dunkin’ Donuts does not honor their veterans? Asking for a friend.
I almost gave them 3 stars for not honoring Veterans with a discount, but then they forgot about me and I waited 20min for a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant.

We visited around 5p on 11/12 and used the drive through.Upon pulling up to the speaker, we were met with strange sounds and mumbling. When we asked if they were ready to order thinking that maybe they left their headset on, we were met with more strange sounds and laughter. At this point we decided to leave. I’m all for having fun, but it would have been nice if they actually attempted to take our order. We will not be returning to this location.

Avoid this place unless you ready to settle in for a long wait. Best bring a book or two to pass the time. I just spent 50 minutes waiting for 2 hash browns and a wake up wrap. Considering everything is pre-cooked and all they need to do is assemble it, it should have taken 5 minutes at most. I was not alone. Another customer had been waiting almost as long as I started to complain and the answer from the other side of the counter was “Do you think you could do any better?” I would have fired the employee on the spot buy while this was happening the manager walked around with a sour look on her face and did nothing.
Next time I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to the Bradenton location.

Go somewhere else. Especially if you’re doing milkshakes. I went in to get a chocolate milkshake and instead of just telling me they didn’t have chocolate ice cream they took it upon themselves to make me a milkshake with the new chocolate brownie ice cream. Me personally don’t like things in my milkshake. I just wanted a plain chocolate milkshake. This place is horrible any new management new. I pull up to the window after ordering my items on the speaker box and the guy comes to the window asking me what it is that I was ordering other than chocolate shake.

I visit this dunkin donuts very frequently and am always satisfied with the service given every time. I want to mention Devonte and Micheal as they are very professional and pleasant young men, their customer service is top tier. Thank you both for always making my medium iced caramel crave perfect!

So Freaking slow service All the Time not matter the times Iv visited. It’s legitimately wrong to have to consistently wait 10 minutes or longer EVERY time I order ahead, or in person. If you order from this location plan on being late for whatever it you’re doing.Horrible
