Pleasant experience. The young lady who took my order was very courteous. She got my order right; when I told her it was to-go, she packaged it very well (no small feat, considering it was a bunch of sundaes; she put them in plastic and then bagged them up so they wouldn’t topple over or spill). The interior and exterior were both clean and inviting.
One small heads-up: the parking lot is small. I parked and walked in, and when I came out to leave, I couldn’t get out because I was blocked by drive-through traffic. There’s a huge parking lot next door for a Food Lion; if it’s a peak time, I’d suggest parking there so you don’t get stuck like I did.
Good place. I’d recommend.

Poor customer service, we were refused service. My family and I attempted to order in the drive thru last night. We pulled up only to hear a recording that the restaurant was closed but the operating hours on the door was until 11 pm. So we waited in line with the other cars ahead of us who received the same recording. When I pulled up to the window, the employee asked me what I wanted to order only to tell me that they were closing soon and wasn’t cooking anymore food(it was 10:45 pm). When I asked her why not, since they weren’t closed, she said she would ask her supervisor only to come back and say I’m sorry we’re not cooking anymore food tonight. This was very upsetting since we had already waited over 10 minutes in line only to be turned away. I most likely will not visit this DQ again, I will drive to the one on Brandon Ave in hopes for better service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tenders tossed in garlic parmesan sauce. When I received my order, the tenders were not tossed in the sauce. I mentioned it, and instead of fixing the mistake, I was told I could purchase the sauce for an additional $1.00. They also forgot my Diet Coke. Customer service was subpar, including the manager who was present. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Always fast and fresh. Never had the wrong order (which as you all know can be a pain to the “food runner” of the house. We order lunch, dinner and deserts from here weekly and love them.

Paid over $6 for what turned out to be a cup of vanilla ice cream passed off as a medium Blizzard. Took it back, they remade it in a tiny cup that didn’t even add up to my original medium, no apology, and it was still mostly plain vanilla after a few bites. Staff clearly don’t know (or care) how to make a proper Blizzard. If Dairy Queen wants to keep customers, they should take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on service and actually train their employees. I’ll be driving out of my way to a different DQ from now on.

I prefer my blizzards with chocolate ice cream. I’ve visited 4 times in as many weeks and each time they’ve told me they DONT HAVE ANY CHOCOLATE ice cream at all. All you’re known for is serving ice cream this is absolutely ridiculous and if service doesn’t improve then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Of all the fast food restaurants, Dairy Queen has become our favorite. Combos are just as good as other places, and some of them include a soft serve sundae. Most restaurant staff members have been very courteous, and the floors and tables have been very clean. Check one out!

This evening at 7:37pm we came through the drive thru, we had ordered two blizzards had a mobile coupon for a free large blizzard. The employee I’m not sure what his name was couldn’t get the coupon on my phone to scan. He came back and told me that they were having trouble with their scanner, and he paused like he was thinking were we’re going to be like, okay we don’t want to get our free blizzard? They ended up switching scanners, then a girl came to the window, scanned the bar code. I simply asked her because we waited for a little bit, if our blizzards had started to melt? She came back with a very rude tone, when she said” NO MAM!!! I told her she didn’t need to be rude and that her tone said everything. And then she said I was rude, like how am I rude when I simply told the guy that I wanted my free blizzard and that it wasn’t my fault that their scanner wasn’t working. She gave us our blizzards and then before we pulled away from the drive thru she slammed the window closed!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To think they are getting paid much more than they deserve an hour and still treat their customer this way. You can ask any of your drive thru employees we are usually always there every Friday evening to get us a Blizzard and sometimes during the week as well. This visit though, I don’t know if we will be back. Having worked retail for many years and being treated like we were this evening is just unacceptable and VERY poor customer service. If I had said something like she did this evening and my manager was informed about it I would be looking for another job the next day!!! What one employee does to a customer is a reflection of that whole establishment. It’s ashame to because we WERE good customers and loved coming there, but I think that was pretty much ruined this evening.

Literally just left there. Sat our stuff down at the tables outside and was Literally getting ready to go inside to place an order when I can only assume who was the manager on duty came outside and rudely told us we couldn’t sit outside if we weren’t paying customers ordering food, and that even if we were going to purchase food, we couldn’t sit there as long as we wanted, that we had to sit and eat as fast as we could and then leave when we were done eating. Never in my life have I went to any food place getting ready to spend my money there on food just to be disrespected in such a way just because I didn’t order my food as soon as I got on to the property. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Have already contacted corporate which I am NEVER the type of person to do, but in this case I hope the manager we came in contact with today loses their job because she is the worst fast food manager I have ever come in contact with. 0/10 customer service.
