This location is probably the best one so far given its age of operation and how well maintain this restaurant was at the time of my visit; you can check my location guide reviews and images i have been to a lot of restaurants in my 8 years of giving google reviews. The management staff are very kind but the workers do show attitude from time to time and thats all right, a younger manager was their and we had exchanged words however I am a independent reviewer.

This place has really gone downhill. You can tell there isn’t care from management. Food is usually cold, old or burnt. You’re lucky if you get hot fresh food, fast, with friendly service. That is nearly impossible to see from this location. Employees are usually rude or you can tell they 100% do NOT want to be there and it’s reflected in how the customer is greeted/treated. I’ve had to have things replaced, because of how hard and burnt they were, by the GM herself and she has given me terrible quality food as a replacement. I use to love Bojangles food but the quality from this store time after time after time again has literally turned me away from Bojangles period. I won’t even visit any location out of town because the thought turns my stomach now. If you want similar food (biscuits, chicken, fries, breakfast) with GREAT taste, quality, freshness and service then go to Sam’s Homemade Biscuits and More. Not only will they give you better food, it’s a fraction of the price and the employees are actually friendly. Bojangles was my go to since a little girl but Broad St location has permanently ruined that for me and my family. It’s a shame that a company that use to hold such a high standard has dropped down so so very low.

Be careful at the Bojangles on Broad Street. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and when I received it didn’t have any cheese so I just wanted them to put a piece of cheese on it. I went inside asked for the cheese they opened up the sandwich talked over the sandwich… a lady who was making it said that they picked up the wrong sandwich proceeded to take the sandwich I gave her closed it up and put it back in the lineup to be served . I had the sandwich in my possession in my car they don’t know what I did to that sandwich even though i didnt do anything) it is still in the lineup I thought they were supposed to throw it away…am I wrong???

Food is usually pretty good, but the service is terrible. They are always extremely slow, even when there are only 1 or 2 people waiting. Every time I order online, it takes them an extra 15 minutes AFTER I arrive to get me my food. It seems like they just wait for the person to arrive before working on their food, which is horribly inefficient. It also seems like the workers struggle with reading comprehension, as half of the time I get given incorrect food. All dark means all dark, and no white meat . Also half the time the fries have literally no seasoning on them at all, which is not ideal.

I went through the drive-through for breakfast.I don’t usually eat at fast food places for breakfast.But I heard that the smoked sausage biscuit was good and early in the morning, I agree. It was good. The biscuit was fresh! I could have eaten 2 without the smoke sausage.

Your average fast food service. Food was ok. Lacked flavor. Huge pieces of chicken. Biscuits were great. Everything else was pretty bland. Great valve but just pack some seasoning.

Horrible!!! There were 8 people in that restaurant in back. The girl who took my money never spoke one word. I watched her as she smashed the lid to one of my dinners. Her nasty hands that handles money. Yuk. Idky she’s there. They were all bumping into each other like a pin ball machine. Ha I’ll stick to Popeyes. No more Bojangles. Oh. My biscuit was smashed to bits.

I had gone up there to get their gravy and biscuits with extra gravy on the side. Never gotten my extra gravy even though I paid and there biscuits looked horrible and dry hardly any gravy on it. Also I ordered a large Bo rounds for five dollars and it barely filled the container I should have just purchased a medium order for how it looked. I called bojangles and was put on hold without warning was told just sorry about that and hung up on. I’m sorry but they need to be better at communicating with the customer like when putting someone on hold let them know you’re doing it. And at least try and fix the situation instead of I’m sorry and hanging up. Not sure I will be back.
