Went here for on my lunch break. The kiosk was real touchy. Noone to talk to up front. Wasn’t even busy. Order was put in as dine-in. Other customers where trying to get employees attention as well. Order came out and I asked for a bag. The male employee was very rude. Handed me a bag. Fries were cold. Tried asking for napkins several times Horrible service this time. Must have been the end of a shift.

If I could give a worse review I would . I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel on a biscuit because I cannot have bagels and they didn’t put any sauce on it. When I had the nerve to ask for sauce the man who brought my sandwich outside used his dirty unloved fingers to dig around in my sandwich outside in the parking lot and then the manager decided it was ok to remake that same sandwich and give it back to me. I know she did because I walked in to get my sandwich and caught her. Picture of my correctly (according to the manager) made sandwich below. This place is didgusti g and needs to be closed down. How is McDonalds allowing management to act like this after Covid?

During this visit we went inside. I usually use the drive thru only and zero issues there. The lobby was a disaster. There was myself and one other person in the lobby who waited over 20 minutes for food while drive thru had very few cars. The employees were cursing on frontline and once we did get food, the other gentleman’s fries were cold and my granddaughter didn’t even get the fries for her happy meal. It really saddens me to see how this McDonalds has gone downhill in recent years.

Literally terrible service everytime I’m there. They can never make my coffee correctly and my food is never fresh unless I order a quarter pounder. They recently changed the cup sizes due to inflation as well so we are paying for large drinks and getting a small, like we don’t pay enough for everything else already. Ordered a medium and clearly got a small.

Had to update my review not sure what’s going on but this McDonald’s needs to get it together waiting 20-30 minutes for a bag of sandwiches is outrageous they need to get it together.

In general, pretty good local McDonald’s. They’re usually pretty friendly. Every now and again you’ll find someone who seems to be having a rough day and I understand how hard it is to be enthusiastic to serve the public during one of those days. Food is usually pretty decent. I, myself don’t normally eat from there, but I order for my family and the food seems to be just fine to me. Once in a while they get the order wrong, but I fairness, it’s usually a big order for picky eaters so it’s understandable. All in all, I recommend, not highly, but it’s not a bad fast food place.

I don’t personally dine at Ronald Mc Donalds but I do get happy meals for my daughter. She enjoys it almost always fresh & no mistakes. gave 2 on atmosphere due to lack of ever being in the restaurant.
