We went through the drive thru on a Saturday at 1pm on their opening week, so it was definitely busy. Even with that, they had police directing traffic, making the flow go very well. Once we were in the line and about to order, the woman who took our orders was definitely not in a good mood. She didn’t seem happy at all, and took our orders without any other words then left.
After ordering, the line went so fast compared to haw many people there was! And everybody else working there was energetic, personable, and a great vibe. We got our drinks as they were ready and our food within 10-15 minutes. We took it home to eat.
We both ordered the box combo. The chicken was so juicy and delicious. The fries and bread were perfect. The coleslaw could be better, but I usually get no slaw and double fries or bread so it’s not a big deal. I just wanted to try their slaw for the review.
Overall, we had a great experience and will be going back!

Came here for chicken fingers after trying this brand on a trip.
The food was fantastic and service was quick, even though the place was packed for a grand opening.
The staff checked on the customers and Matthew did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. We were a lifelong Zaxby’s fans, but we have a new favorite now in Valdosta.

So I decided to try this place, I must say they were super busy, I’m glad I ordered online! I placed the order the same day, before they opened ask to pickup at 11 and I got there at 1105, it was already ready for pickup, awesome ! I like that they have spots to park for mobile pickup, made it very convenient. So this is the first time trying a Cane’s, and I’m not sure what the hype is about I got the 4 piece meal, it was a bit over $12 (I guess nowadays that’s like every fast food meal, I know ridiculous), I did like that you can replace items online so I replaced the coleslaw for extra fries which was a great option (at no charge)! I didn’t care about the toast either but I didn’t replace it; if I had a choice I would replace the toast and coleslaw for another piece of chicken but that’s not an option, I guess you can just get the 3 piece which is like $2 or so less (I think). Chicken was good not too much breading tasted fresh, not a big portion but ok size tenders. The sweat tea was on point! I do wish that you can select light on the ice but that was not an option online. Overall it was good, I would suggest ordering online and then go pick it up. Not a huge fan of the Canes sauce, to me it was just like ketchup based sauce, compared to Chick-fil-A smoked honey mustard.

every guest is greeted at the door even though it is quite crowded! very clean and tidy, employees checking in on guests and offering to bring sauces and napkins, supremely fast service and all with a smile even though it’s packed, inside and out! i know how hard it is to work busy fast food places and everyone looks happy to be here and happy to help 🙂 thank you brianna for your kind service and help today! will be back once the traffic dies down ❤️❤️

I came to raising canes yesterday, and it was amazing!!! There was a guy named Steven he was so sweet and very helpful , I’m pretty sure he was a manager!!! Also my food came out so quick and it was so fresh and so yummy !! 10/10 highly recommend coming here !! :)))

This location had the MOST AMAZING service! the food was really good, this was my first time having raisinand it lived up to my expectations! The cashier J’Niya was very helpful, polite and she made my experience much better! will definitely be returning!

Food was ok but not worth the hype, just ehh! Service was good but they charge for every sauce. I bought 2 more sauces and had to wait for them to call my name to get them, about 2 minutes. The commercials I see show a cup of sauce to dip chicken into. Not the case, it’s a little ketchup container. Inside has very little seating and everyone is very close, too close, together.
