The Baristas here are very friendly & chatty! They’re always in a good mood, no matter the time of day. I typically go in the mornings on my way to work, but if I need a pick-me-up after work, I stop by after 6pm.
If you don’t really know what to order, you can always ask them what their popular drink is or ask what they usually get & they never disappoint. I always get the iced pumpkin cinnamon roll with cold foam 10/10 recommend! ♡
Lines can sometimes look long, but their service is quick, so minimal wait time.

I love 7brew, I usually go to the one close to McColl and Trenton. But recently my brother came to visit, he wanted a coffee and I told him let’s go to 7 brew. So since the one is Jackson is actually closer to me, I took him there. That was the 1st and last time coming to this location. The girl that took our order, was not it. No customer service whatsoever. Told her “its my brothers 1st time” and her face, just her whole look was like “whatever” nothing like my 1st time at 7 brew in the other location where the girl was sooo nice, smiling, explaining what 7 brew was all about the flavors they have, drinks, everything. Made me feel welcome. But not this location, then I was like its ok, the coffee will make you feel better he ask for a Santas Cookie Mocha one, gets idk how, but ends up getting a blondie?! Mind you, as soon as I see it I told the girl thats not it, he order the Santas Cookie Mocha then she tells me “it doesn’t have mocha” when one can clearly see/read the name of the drink, it looked NOTHING like the drink advertise. Not once did she bother to change the drink or even a simple “sorry” nothing. I was going to ask her to change it, and she had already walked away. Ever since Ive been sticking to the other location by McColl and Trenton.

I ordered a small ocean breeze engergizer no ice. This is what they gave me they didn’t even close the lid right. and the lady said would you like to add 3 dollars so they can fill it up to the top. Mind you I paid 5-6 dollars. (Added a dollar tip) I don’t even leave reviews but I honestly had to for this. I could’ve been explained the drunk I’m buying is going to be less than half way filled! insanity..

I always get the same drink every time I come and you would expect it to be the same every time but I’ll request light ice and always they add too much ice and when I ask for it to be light ice, they just take out the ice and add more milk or water or whatever it is that they use and it just waters down the flavor making it taste like milk or water, I actually went one time with my husband and they actually charged us for no ice and still gave us ice. I always get a fizz either flavor and it’s always not enough flavor or too much flavor and makes it too sweet or too sparkling with no flavor. The only time I’ve ever liked my drink is when destiny is there, it’s like she’s the only one that cares. I think they should take some time to train their employees to make the drinks correctly.

The best coffee shop in town. I WAS A Starbucks girl for over 10 years, and immediately switched to 7 brew when they first opened over two years ago. my coffees are always delicious and are always made correctly. Some of these girls have become great friends, Since I do see them on a daily basis.
