I ordered a quick small iced matcha but I only got two sips the whole drink was ice and this is my first time at this location. The matcha was good but I spent 5 dollars for a cup of ice. If you do plan on ordering ask for light ice actually ask for no ice.

I gave a one star for food and service because, of the milk coffee I received. I asked for a frozen coffee….? I wouldn’t have paid for an extra pump of something if you were just going to give me watery milk. It seems to be that it’s very inconsistent when the higher management or the owner is not there. I gave a five-star because they seem so happy playing around.

I’m not sure why they allow people to work there in the morning if they do not know how to properly serve customers. Who ever the girl is that works in the early morning (6:00 am) has the worst attitude. Every time me and my husband go, she is unprofessional and today she actually made my husband go through the drive through twice…yes TWICE, all because she didn’t make our drinks correctly! She said that the latte’s automatically come iced. Then, she forgot to give us the donuts we ordered so my husband had to go back again! Absolutely ridiculous and not even worth going there anymore! They really need to accurately train their staff! I’ll be taking my money to our local donut store from now on.

4th time I come here and the last time. Staff has bad attitude every time no matter what time of day or what day of the week they’re always condescending and rude.
Food tastes stale and coffee is watery / flavorless. The donut holes i just got are hard as a rock clanking around in the box. Im so annoyed dont waste your money.
Sad because this is a convenient location. Go a little further to the location off Barton Rd near the 215 it is 1000x better like night & day.

I couldn’t hear the worker on the mic we drive up and as I tell some lady sorry we couldn’t hear you she says cutting me off “it wasn’t me speaking “ very rude high pitch voice ending with I apologize after she catches herself giving an attitude. Second I asked for light ice and they filled up the cup with ice like are you kidding me. If I had the time to go back I would but I don’t. This place is already in a horrible spot and the service makes it worse!!!

Horrible service! The guy taking orders has no damn clue what he is doing. We waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees! His co worker is wondering around aimlessly not doing a damn thing! In a completely empty restaurant!

I had the most delicious and amazing Matcha latte. Made by such a wonderful and kind person Jasinna. She is by far the best at making this latte I come from Riverside just to get my favorite drink. I definitely rate this place 10 stars and service a 20.

This is the best Dunkin I’ve been going to! I’m a regular and the staff is always friendly! I don’t usually write reviews but I always feel so great after my experience here! The lobby is always clean and my food and drink are always perfectly made. I appreciate their effort in balancing indoor customers with their long drive thru lines. compared to older Dunkin’s this one is astonishing especially for only being opened for about 2 months. Thank you! ❤️
