Went to order food and the lady on the headset was very rude and impatient. Cut me off mid sentence and told me to pull forward when I told her I wanted to order another drink she rolled her eyes and also snatched the money out of my hand. I received my avocado toast extremely burnt and falling apart in my hand. After that I told her to have a good day (because I didn’t realize my food was burnt to a crisp.) and she rolled her eyes and closed the window on me.

I come to the Tim Hortons on Elizabeth Lake Road/M-59 every day! Niko and Kate have ALWAYS greeted me with a smile. They’re efficient, kind and set the bar for what extraordinary customer service is. I appreciate them and hope they get the recognition they deserve. My hopes is that management will see thsi, that they can see what great skills they have! Tim Hortons should be proud of them, not just from this review but for what they do each and everyday.

I don’t go to Tim Hortons a lot, and I missed my opportunity to try the chocolate pistachio latte before it was discontinued. But the person who took my order suggested adding a shot of raspberry syrup to my mocha latte, and it was delightful!

Just got an ice Capp which is straight liquid no slushyness and they thought I wouldn’t notice they filled half the cup with whip cream which I didn’t even want in my drink. All of where the drink is a lighter color was whipped cream…if the machine was down I would’ve happily taken and iced caramel coffee instead of getting ripped of cause the ladies were to busy chatting. Super inconsiderate.

Waterford Timmy’s is the GOAT. Undeniable. Service is quick and impeccable; food and drink are always great; even in the morning rush, you are in and out and on your way. The standards are just higher at this place—it’s been like this for literal decades. Waterford Tim Hortons puts other locations and coffee chains to shame.

I wanted to order some donuts notice some flies in the case. They’re flying all around the store. That is absolutely disgusting. It’s cold outside and they have Flies in their store laying and a hatching eggs on food that they sell to the public.
