Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick in Olive Branch and tried the Bacon Cheddar Melt with the Fancy Nancy chicken salad — absolutely delicious! The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of crunch from the bacon and creaminess from the chicken salad. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Definitely a great spot for a tasty lunch, and I’ll be back to try more flavors!

Had to eat outside yesterday on November 18th because it was at least 40 degrees in the dining area. It was uncomfortably cold even with a jacket on!! Then to make matters worse my sister in law and I had the absolute worst stomach pain after eating the chicken. It was awful. I won’t be back to the Olive Branch location for a while. And let me just say I was not the only one complaining it was cold in the dining area!!!

First time in this location. The only other one I have been to was in Florida. My order was taken by a very friendly young girl and she helped with making my decision. She even offered me a sample so I could taste it before actually ordering. Love this place!

It is a worthy treat for girls day out or mom-daughter date. It is pricey but delicious. I haven’t tasted a scoop or sandwich that I didn’t like from there. They have a nice variety to choose from the sweeter end to the savory-spicy end. The sweet tea is delicious. They are usually very busy on the weekends, but move you through at a decent rate. Seating can be an issue as it is limited in this olive branch location. The only other problem we have encountered is staff can be impatient and short with you to try and hurry customers along for traffic. While I understand this, it is still not a good business practice. Shouldn’t sacrifice quantity for quality in anything, especially service. Portion sizes are perfect for lunch, but on the smaller size if really hungry or wanting a nice dinner.

This visit — Staff was great. Place is always clean and comfortable. This location is a favorite for my wife and I for lunch dates. We truly enjoyed it. Past tense.
Here’s the issue. Your new forced on you by corporate (yes its a test market thing, I get it) is a DISASTER!!! New offerings are not attractive and the FACT you removed. your Egg Salad (my wifes favorite) has driven us to NOT have lunch there.
We are NOT your biggest customer but we do refer you to others and we are loyal. NOW we are just disappointed and disinterested.
Bring back the egg salad and we’ll be back lunch.

So many flavors of chicken salad! They will let you have a little sample so you can order the perfect flavor for you. I will definitely return when I am in the area. I wish there was another location closer.

I ordered form here about 6 months ago- bad then. But since I used to work there thought maybe a bad day. Sadly no. Their procedures for prepping the chicken are clear. Someone is not managing the staff because both times the chicken was tough- they know exactly why . The rest was good as always. Pay attention guys.

The food was good and the girls working the registers were lovely. I especially enjoyed the broccoli salad as my side. However, the manager (a man probably in his 30s) kept touching his hair and face and wiping his nose with his bare hands before handling people’s food and drinks. Extremely gross and it didn’t make me feel confident in the cleanliness of the place.
