The bowl I had (small acai bowl) was quite tasty! Good combination of flavors and textures. The price point for these is decent, but they aren’t super filling, so keep that in mind. The store however, was very clean, and the employee who took our order was extremely polite and helpful. They also have great options for people with dietary restrictions like me!

This was my first visit to Bahai Bowl I was passing through Jackson on my way to Memphis and decided to try it. I was greeted by a super nice server. I asked for recommendations and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At first I was going to order a wrap because I didn’t know if the bowl for lunch would be filling. She recommended the bowl with a nut butter. She was not wrong, it was filling and good. On my way home from Memphis the next day, I stopped again for lunch. This time I went with the strawberry spinach wrap. It was a big wrap, full of flavor. I didn’t realize there would be a side of carrots and was pleasantly surprised with the carrots. It was so good and addictive. I cant wait until my next trip so I can try another bowl or the toast.

Pretty decent menu selections and fun, healthy bowls. The Tidal Wave that I had was excellently made (and uncomfortably blue) by a wonderfully polite server in an almost-to-quiet lobby. Soft music,super clean and very relaxing. Prices are decent as well.

I bought a Go green smoothie $10 and some change. on yesterday. I didn’t start drinking it until I was halfway down the street, but I was on my way to pick something up and it only took me 10 minutes. I went back to bahia bowls and ask them if they can remake my smoothie over, because it taste like water and ice the lady in there said we can’t give you nothing for free, I said your not giving me anything for free I paid for this I’m just asking you to remake it over because it doesn’t taste good and she said our boss said to never make nothing over and don’t give a refund. So I asked them how can I get intouch with your bos, she replied you have to put a complaint in goggle review and she’ll respond to it , she never comes in the store. Then I said just to be clear ,I have to air your dirty laundry on goole review before someone can make a common sense decision in remaking my smoothie or giving me a refund she said yes. So I asked for the corporate office number, which these restaurant are individually owned and I found that out by call the location in florida ,where the restaurant originated from , the very first establishment that started this chain of bahia bowls and told them the situation and they agreed they should have made my drink over , because they honor those types of situations. We both agreed it’s just common sense. let’s see if I get a response.

There are multiple healthy vegan options here. Almost all of the bowls can be made vegan by just requesting no honey. I got a Pitaya bowl and it was fantastic! The dragon fruit blend was so refreshing and I was pleasantly surprised at how significant the granola and fresh fruit portions of the bowl were. I can’t wait to try more of the bowls! Some of the smoothies and toast options are vegan. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick.

The young lady that was training the new girl this afternoon was so sweet she deserves a raise! I didn’t catch her name but she gave me the best service and made the best açaí smoothie for me. I also tried the PB and chocolate Bahia bites and they’re amazing! Will definitely be coming back 🙂

I purchased a wrap today for 3rd time & was not satisfied. I even asked if it could be wrapped tightly because it always falls completely apart as soon as I pick it up. But still, the wrap fell apart as usual. I may as well ask for salad & throw wrap on top.
