Even though the line looked long when I pulled up, this In-N-Out location runs like a well-oiled machine. Ordering was quick and easy, and the line moved way faster than I expected. The food was phenomenal, fresh, hot, and exactly what you want every time. I ordered the DoubleDouble combo with a small drink, and everything hit the spot. The drink was super refreshing, especially with how fresh and flavorful the burger was. Parking was also easy to get in and out of, which just made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Definitely one of those spots that gets busy for a reason.

Whenever new restaurants open onw can expect long lines amd so. My suggestion don’t go on your lunch break unless you have over and hour to spare. Street patrol directed me across the street from restaurant where I navigated through barrage of orange cones. My thoughts were I wish I hadn’t come through. About it was well coordinated and needed to get people in and out. About 45 minutes total to get food. Thankfully sandwich was hot and tasty. I recommend getting the double cheeseburger. The meat was very thin and hidden in a bed of lettuce and healthy tomato in their signature sauce. It was a good burger. I drove quite a distance to taste this burger that everyone is raving about. It is well seasoned and flavorful..just too thin. Well organized, personable staff, inexpensive and once the newness dies down, crowd thins..I may try again.

Made it to this new location today for first time for Valentine’s Day. Found parking spot and made it through line to order in reasonable amount of time. People kept pouring in and I could barely move around. Took a while to get a table and even longer to get my order. My double-double cheeseburger was ok. Honestly the beef patties are quite thin. I had cheese fries and the cheese was solidified and fries were clumped in the cheese. My strawberry shake was good. Quickly left as soon as we ate to free up our table for the crowd inside and long line that had been created outside. I won’t be back under these conditions. The excitement of this eatery will have to die down first. I appreciate that this establishment is a Christian company.

This was the 2nd time that I was up from Huntsville, AL area to eat at In N Out. First let me start with it is great to eat at a Christian based restaurant. Love that there are Bible verses on the bottom of the cups and fry baskets. They truly recognize God. The food is awesome. Between the Animal Style Double Doubles, Animal Style Fries, and the Neopolitan Shakes everything is fresh and tastes great. The employees there are also awesome in handling the big crowds and lines that are daily. The employees are so friendly, respectful, and willing to serve. As simple as quickly wiping a table down, helping carry food to your table, taking your order, refilling drinks, and just general conversation. I wish they were closer to my area, but I will be back. Don’t be afraid of the long lines. The Lord’s Hamburger is definitely worth it.

Just like I remember from my days in Arizona. The food is amazing, and the staff are incredibly kind—seriously impressive. They also know how to handle crowd control. It was packed, but everything ran smoothly. 10/10—other places should take notes.
Also, just an FYI: the outdoor seating has heaters. I’ll definitely be back. It would be awesome to see one of these come to Owensboro, Kentucky, but if not, I’m glad Nashville is close.

My wife and I drove four hours for a Double Double. It was a fun Saturday activity with great food upon arrival. The lines were long for both drive through and the dining room. Was it worth the drive and the wait? Absolutely. Having grown up on the west coast, a taste of home from a quality company is well worth the drive.

This In-N-Out already seems to have a reasonable wait, at least for dine-in. We had our food about 20-25 minutes after we got in line on December 23rd, 2025, at just before 5PM. It is insanely busy still, but the line and ordering is managed well. We were able to find a table quickly.

If you’ve never had In-N-Out, it is just fast food, but the burgers are elevated above most options. The patties are seasoned well, the bun is toasted quite heavily, and the toppings are pretty standard. There are many variations in how you can get your toppings that may be worth it to you to look up before you go.

Fries are good when fresh, but they deteriorate quickly as they cool down. At least with how busy it is now, I still enjoyed the fries since they were going through so many, keeping them fresh.

They employ an army of employees who seem to do a great job and are all nice/friendly.

This place be poppin’!! The are still getting big crowds. I was there to grab a Double-Double and Fries at 9pm. Staff held folks at the door that were dining in. The drive thru went out of the parking lot but staffers kept it orderly and the lines moving. I think it took 15 minutes for my food and another 15 mins to eat it. It was hot and fresh. I followed it up with a Strawberry shake, which was delicious. It’s awesome we can get this east coast staple in Tennessee now!

My wife and I drove down from KY (2.5 hours) on this past Friday, to see if it was going to be the same high quality product like their southwestern part of the country locations. We were NOT disappointed! The staff were super friendly and it was running like a well oiled machine! Fastest we’ve ever been served! Drive thru was packed and lobby was full. Our burgers and fries were absolutely hot, fresh and delicious!! Made the trip worthwhile!! Thank you In-N-Out, for coming to the Eastern side of the country! #itswhatahamburgers’allabout #secret menu #animalstyle #protein
