This place was a great find. Being from Denver I didn’t expect to find this gem that checked all of our boxes. Great crafted cocktails, food was outstanding & the staff was so nice in addition to their service. My daughter ordered Fondu & dessert, I had tomato basil, side salad lemon basil martini, husband ordered the fish. If you are in the area please give this place a try!

Where to start! I came in on a Thursday night and right away it was super busy, I sat down at the bar and the service was outstanding, While she was Bussing, making drinks, and taking new orders she still managed to get to me in a timely manner. I don’t think I could of asked for better service and good food and drinks, She was whipping up drinks taking orders and killing it back there. I believe her name was Kelsey and was impressed with how she handled a full establishment.

• Service: The gals did great, but there was far too little staff to serve the number of seats they have. No matter how fast they moved and hard they worked, service was slow for everyone. There were 2 gals serving the entire front of house of 30+ people in 12+ locations. They were both bartenders, servers, and bussers. They each did great personally, but as a whole for the restaurant it’s not good.
• Food: I personally ate an appetizer, and it was pretty good. (And reasonably priced because I got the happy hour special.) The entrées I saw come out of the kitchen didn’t look *bad* by any means, but definitely not good enough to justify the cost. I saw a steak dish and a burger come out. I’ve had cheaper burgers that looked much more amazing. Maybe someone else could discuss flavor. As for me, based on looks, it’s not worth it.
• Drink: I had a happy hour cocktail the tender recommended. It was pretty good! I watched them make drinks my whole time there (I sat at the bar), and they did a fantastic job.
• Atmosphere: I was told by the staff by phone before going in that I could bring a computer to sit and work while I enjoyed my food and drink. No. Just no. This is not that type of place. It’s extremely cramped; 12 tables and a bar in a very small space. All of the seating is straight backed and relatively firm; the style designed to encourage patrons to NOT get comfortable. Eat your meal and go. It’s such a small space, there’s a bar dishwasher AT the bar (at bar level). So, the last two seats at the bar get to enjoy the view of muck water where all of the dirty dishes drain while waiting to be washed.
EDIT: I forgot to mention there are no available outlets whatsoever to charge personal devices along the wall seats. I wanted to stay awhile and work; this was another aspect showing they have a “get in and get out” type of setup.
• SUMMARY: If you’re looking to have a quick meal/drink, don’t care if it may take a long time to be served, aren’t meeting too many people, don’t care about price, and quality isn’t a factor… this is for you!

We really wanted to like this place more than we did. We were the only customers there at the time. It was about 10:30 a.m.
I recently found out that this place had breakfast. So we were anxious to try it out.
I ordered the breakfast flatbread. I found it it was a little crunchy on the bottom. Overall it looked good and the flavor was okay. But my hunch is they’re using a mix for the Hollandaise band country gravy. I also had orange juice and it came served over ice. The flavor reminded me of canned orange juice.
She ordered the Berry liege waffles. She commented they were a little on the dense side. A side of bacon , 4 slices, were flavorful, very thin and just a bit chewy. She ordered an americano coffee drink. She thought it tasted a little weak. She requested a regular coffee with a shot of espresso in it instead. They took the espresso drink away. They didn’t charge us for it though which was good and appreciated.
Our server was attentive but didn’t hang around too much.
I did notice the bar area was rather noisy with employees over there talking.
A place has to be good enough the first time we try it to consider coming back again. We may try dinner and drinks some evening though. We will probably not be back for breakfast.
I uploaded pics but the one of the breakfast flatbread didn’t turn out. I’ll double check my photos next time before I dig in.

I’ll update with drink and food names as soon as I’m able to.
We were happy with the drinks and appetizers. So dinner and drinks were definitely better than our breakfast experience. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable in the evening.
