I ordered a DoorDash pick up for me personally when I got to the location they said they had no order under that name. I gave the lady my phone. She said this is the right location, but we have zero orders under that name and they could not find it in the system. Long story short she rang everything in and I just paid for it again she gave me a little discount she was the sweetest young lady very understanding handled it very well extremely sweet. My receipt says her name is SIERRA. Hopefully that’s who it is cause I want to give her a big shout out. I’m Assuming this was a DoorDash issue or not her fault that’s why I wanted to write this good review!

This sonic is the worst. I sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes waiting on a large tea. There were cars in front of me that ordered the whole menu. Those cars should have been told to move to a parking space and wait for their food. I drove away. When I tried to call them they will not answer the phone.

I have been an avid sonic goer for years. And this Sonic hit my top 5 for customer service. I only had one method of payment which they did not accept but worked with me to find a solution which took a min on my side and she did not rush me make me feel rushed that she was being inconvenienced like I know it was. Back in my day Sonic Blasts(tm) would have their ingredients blended into it like a DQ Blizzard. Nowadays it appears it’s just a cup of ice cream with the ingredients sprinkled on top. No pizazz at all.

My drink using even full all the way and it’s a good amount and if I’m gonna pay almost four dollars for a tea or any drink I want it to be full. Ridiculous this has happened so many times and they have also given me cups with holes on the bottom and some of the employees have no customer service etiquette at all and are so rude

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this sonic within the 2 years I’ve been in Baytown. Everything appears fine but when I bite into my double cheeseburger the meat is lukewarm. There’s no searing on it like it ever touched a grill, doesn’t taste seasoned at all. The tater tots are unevenly cooked, there were a couple that were okay and then the majority were light in color, and then a few were refrigerator cold on the inside. I won’t order here again. Also we put the order in around 8:00 pm, it was also the evening crew the last time I had poor quality food from here.
