As an entrepreneur, I understand how important leadership and teamwork are. Even while the store is seeking a manager, your crew has done an incredible job maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

As a community member, I really appreciate the effort to connect and understand others. My first visit was a little rocky — not because of the service, but because of my custom drink (which not everyone’s trained to make). Still, the team handled it with patience, open-mindedness, and support for one another. You could feel the team love.

I waited over 10 minutes at the register mind you I was the only one there with four workers in the store. When the worker finally did arrive to the register to take my order which he saw me standing at the whole time he stated why didn’t I just mobile order on the app as if it was a hassle or nuisance for him to take my order. I would understand if it was one of the stores which is only mobile based, but for him to act as if I was an inconvenience just for me to be standing there waiting for someone to take my order was extremely disappointing as I’ve never experienced an interaction like this at any Starbucks. I’ve been to Starbucks packed with tens of people and not once was there customer service as bad as this. I could have been fine with the waiting but not the rudeness of the worker. I even feel dumb for going thru with my order as I don’t trust the people who made my drink. Will definitely never go again.

Terrible staff, they’re slow and rude, doesnt care about their customers or making them happy. Spend $30+ a day on starbucks never been treated like this. Spanish indian looking girl at the drive thru was rude. Theyre always slow and talking amongst each other. Always people just waiting around.

Staff were very welcoming. Every time I come in they ask about my day and make my drink perfectly. They always make an effort to get to know me and even memorized my entire order. Staff are always friendly. Truly never been to a better Starbucks. I have no complaints.

I often come to this location and I am familiar with the wait times which is fine, it might be busy or understaffed. But today a food item was missing so I asked a barista that I’m waiting on it and wondering if it will come out, (because it’s happened before where they lost my ticket) But she asked the staff and said it will be out shortly, it never came out so after almost 10 minutes I ask again, & she gave me attitude and put the food in herself (they must’ve forgot) and after a little bit she gave the croissant with attitude to my husband. Which to me was uncalled for. On top of that it was the wrong item.

The interior is clean and modern as is any new Starbucks location. There are two lanes that merge into one for the drive-thru.

Legit the worst Starbucks around. First time I came drinks were wrong, second time I ordered it took them over 20 minutes to complete and give me the order, came a third time same thing over 20 minutes waiting after placing online order this is morning afternoon and night. The staff is nice but they got no urgency and the store literally be empty
