Squirrel Cage Bar Grill & Motel

What a great little place to eat and have a “cold snack”! They weren’t overly busy, I’m guessing due to the weather because this place is a hidden gem! I happened across the Squirrel Cage while looking for something different. It’s cozy, the food was amazing and the service was stellar. Our server was very helpful, friendly and the fact that he looked like Hugh Jackman was a huge bonus!

We had the prime rib special. It was delicious! Well seasoned! Cooked perfectly. And the chicken Avacado wrap. So good! Try their seasoned sour cream with fries or tots! So good!

Servers were pleasant but need more help.
Clientele was from couples to families to bikers to Atv riders to older folks. Great group. Lots of regulars giving hugs to each other.
Fun atmosphere.
Great menu choices

Stopped in for a Saturday lunch. The staff was very friendly. The place was not too busy when we ordered, so our food came out quite quickly. The California burger with tots was delicious. I would recommend stopping in to check it out. It looks like a kid friendly place with some games for the family to play. Pull tabs and Etabs are available.

Really good food. We got the Street Tacos for Taco Tuesday (pork with pico, cilantro, onion, avocado) with chips and queso. Also got the Squirrel Burger which is their bacon cheese burger. Really good! Service was friendly and quick. Recommend!

I was working in the area, and it getting close to lunch time. I asked around for best place to eat in town was, the SQUIRREL CAGE , i was told. I choose this place called the squirrel cage.
