We walked in at 3pm thursday 3~5~26,were seated for 9,and then advised no waitress,so they could not fill 9 drink cups,we were celebrating my grandsons 6th bday,the salad bar was full,but they could only make us to go pizzas,no waitress…so Galaxy Pizza for the win!! We won’t return, so issue resolved, pizza hut lost $100+ it won’t make or break them but we all done with them now

I do not know where to begin. Placed order at 8:30. Placed online order, no issues at all. Picked up well tried to about 9:05pm
Went to the store to pick it up. Store was dark. Did not even know what door to go to for pick up. There was a pickup window so we drove up to that. The window was half open, inside seemed to have only one small light on. A male worker walked past the window; then walked back by again. Waited another 5 minutes, hollered to see if we would be acknowledged. Honked the horn. That finally got attention of a very disheveled looking woman.
No “sorry for the wait or anything”. Abruptly asked for the name on the order. My husband asked her if that gentleman saw we were waiting. She said “he doesn’t work the front counter”. We asked if that meant he could not acknowledge a customer. The woman then loudly mumbled under her breath “whatever”. We asked her what she said. She said “it doesn’t matter do you want your food”.
At that point we left without our food.
I am very grateful I did the pay in store option and did not have to get my money back somehow. Rude interaction from a grown woman is unacceptable. The window is open, the cash register is in plain view; and the key for the register was there. Pizza Hut may wanna your employees work ethics.

LOVED the Veteran Table!Let’s get real a 1 topping pizza portal pizza is $8 now I think.. I got 2Lrg, specialty or 5 topping for $20.. TUESDAY DEAL. LOOK at all these toppings holy cow. The Gentleman behind the counter was aces!! Fresh and Hot fogged up the truck windows. Got the Hawaiian & BBQ..Salad Bar was clean & stocked as well. Walk In order 15min.. NOT BAD

We are staying next door @ The Holiday Inn and ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers…when we walked over to pick it up…we had to go through the drive through…when we picked up our order it was lacking on what we ordered…when we called she said they were short staff and we said ok…it happens…but they had 3 staff members working and doors were locked…how can u mess up…
The district mgr breeds to address this…the front desk told us to not order from there but we had a long day of driving…

The pizza and cheese sticks were hot and fresh. Took me back to how good it was in the 90’s. The only problem with this pizza hut is you never know if the dining room is gonna be open or closed or if it is just the drive thru open.

I ordered a pizza online, the pick up time was 9:21pm, got there at 9:22 and still had to wait. Got the pizza home and it was nothing like it was supposed to be. Light sauce, had no sauce, regular pepperoni, had the cupped spicy pepperoni and I can’t eat spicy and tasted like something I can’t describe. The worst pizza I have ever had from there. Do better

Corporate PLEASE get in this store and either shut it down or completely restart it. You have to wait 30+ mins AFTER the order is to be picked up. Listened to manager cursing at front desk, watched people walk out because they refused to set up salad bar unless it was ordered. Many times you can’t get in and have to pick up at window IF they answer it. So disgusting and uncalled for. Also seen the cursing manager covering at another Pizza Hut cursing about how horrible the store was n that she’d never cover there again. DO better!!

Wife order on the app and I was to pick up on my way from work. They had nothing ready and said that they didn’t know anything about it. Even after I showed her the order on my phone and confirmation. So I order while I was there. Took 25 min to get 3 personal pan pizzas . Pizza was good. Service sucks. I suggest calling in by phone. This is the second time using the app and no luck.

At this location, it always take forever to get your order. My order this time was cold. The manger said it was coming out of the oven. It must have been sitting there while they argue back and forth. You would have better luck at Little Ceasars.

Pizza is like any other hut. Sometimes get my order wrong but workers have always went above and beyond to make It right. Always have been friendly with me its good when you need a quick pizza.
