I visited on February 18 around 2:30 PM and questioned the price of my order because it seemed high for just a value meal. The employee at the counter insisted it was correct and told me to check the receipt myself. After leaving and reviewing it later, I realized I had been charged for a value meal plus a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub that I did not order.

Mistakes happen, but the dismissive and snarky attitude when I tried to clarify was disappointing. I hope management can address the customer service experience so it does not happen to others.

Eat here all the time, usually oder in store and watching them make it…. however this time I ordered online because it was already 8 oclock. that way they weren’t wating on us late. I ordered 2 steak and cheese with extra meat, both are literally barely half the amount of a regular serving of meat, the one had none of the peppers and veggies we ordered and the bread is a half size of normal. The other the bread is completely inedible. Tried to call and guess what, NO ANSWER! I will be going there tomorrow morning for a full refund. Wish I could a add the photos I took for you to see because you would be just as enraged! 30 bucks and a tip for a sub that wont even fill up my 3 year old.

They just lost me as a customer. I go maybe 3–5 times a week – once I sent my wife and they knew who the sandwich was for just based on the order.

Today the snotty teenager behind the counter gave me an experience bad enough I really don’t care to ever visit this location ever again – and maybe not even a Subway.

Where to start? Rock-hard, dry-as-a-desert, inedible bread. I got a 6in, and it had already been cut previous. It would amaze me if the bread had been baked in the last 48hr it was that bad. There is no way they couldn’t feel how bad it was before even making the sandwich; they just did not care.

Next? Ah, ok, remember how I mentioned I go more often than I probably should? Yeah – until yesterday when they all had a meeting (according to the teen at the counter) a normal 6″ Titan Turkey was 8 slices of turkey. I would get extra, which is 50% more, totaling 12 slices of turkey.

Today? A normal 6″ is now just 6 slices of turkey, and extra now just gets you 9 instead of the 12 I got just two days ago when I was there last. They reduced the “normal” amount of meat by 25-33%. The worker confirmed yes, they “just had a meeting yesterday and changed it”.

It’s no wonder Subway in general is failing, but I certainly hope the franchise owner of this one realizes I have two other Subways right here in town, and plenty others nearby, and you just lost my $50 or so a week I used to spend at yours. May not sound like much but in a small town like Salem it doesn’t take much for a restaurant to fail – we have plenty of examples of it to show you.

I did a pick up order online through here, when I got home I found that my sub was rock solid, so I called at talked to the manager who apologized and said that sometimes the flatbread does that when they warm up the sandwich and that she would remake my sub, so I went and picked up my new sub, got home, this time the egg on my sub was literally frozen. I guess they didn’t like that I wouldn’t eat their rock solid flatbread sub, so when they did the remake they just left my warm sub with frozen egg and completely cold. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I’ve been going to Subway rather regularly for several months, I usually go to the one on 2nd Street, however they have recently been closed for a remodel and I’ve been visiting this location instead. The cookies are often stale, lemonade is good although sometimes the machine has problems, and the subs themselves as well as the service are about on par with other locations I’ve visited, which to say are perfectly fine.

I got the garlic roast beef foot long I don’t know how the beef tasted cause all I tasted was lettuce tomato cheese and the dressing they put 3 pieces of roost beef the cheese was 3 times thicker then the meat. It was gross.

This is for Dollar Tree not Subway! Stopped in to kill some time, I almost should say I shouldn’t have stopped! But soo glad I did! Found some great things and I didn’t spend a lot of money! For an intermediate crafter you can find gold in there! So many neat things! Love it!
