First, I would like to make it known that I’m from out of town. I’m here visiting for a convention. I ordered pizza which was an easy process. Realized that my order wasnt here yet 6 mins after it was estimated to be delivered (received a text saying it was on the way, but the online tracker said it was still being prepped), so I called the store. The lady who first answered said she couldn’t find my order and claimed that I had called the wrong Pizza Hut. After a little discussion she finally realized I didn’t call the wrong Pizza Hut. She informs me that my order is on the way. My order gets here about 10 minutes later and it’s SMUSHED TO h e double L hockey sticks! I call the store to inform them and thankfully got who I assume was the manager on the phone. She offered to remake the pizza and send it with a new driver and refund me. I appreciate her efforts in making this situation correct! Everyone else needs to hit the bucket!
UPDATE: NEW PIZZAS DELIVERED AND ARE PERFECT AND THEY BROUGHT PLATES AND CONDIMENTS. THANK YOU TO NEW DRIVER AND MAMAGEMENT I SPOKE WITH ON PHONE 🙂

We walked in and were almost immediately greeted with “what would you like to drink??” Wanted Diet Coke, they serve Pepsi products- but I have great news- their Diet Pepsi was actually the best I have ever tasted! I would not have guessed it was Pepsi at all food was constantly being added to the buffet- I had breadsticks, salad, pizza, pasta- and then just as we were about to give up on dessert, fresh cinisticks came out of the oven!!
All staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful- if you are on the fence about checking this place out- just go.

I was excited about coming here because I believe it’s the only lunch buffet in Nashville.The restaurant was nice clean organized. The buffet was ok had several options. The salad bar was ok I have never seen a salad bar with out tomatoes on it. The pizza and pasta were fine I got a soda it was fresh. $15.12 was my total. Not to expensive but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Best Pizza Hut ever, and we have been to Pizza Huts all over the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Dining room for lunch buffet was full, barely an empty table. Pizza was not skimpy on toppings, fully stocked. Dining room staff, friendly faces, very attentive to clearing dishes and refills. Could not have asked for a better experience. All Pizza Huts should visit yours to get training on how things should be done. You all are doing a great job!

The food was a throwback, tastes like it did when I was a kid. Looked exactly like the one back home in Indiana from 1992. Today is my 50th birthday and my wife found this place to start my birthday before we went to spend the day on Broadway in Nashville. Thank you.

Traditional old school style Pizza Hut with a nice buffet. The staff does their best keeping the dining room clean. The buffet has a good rotation of fresh from the oven pizza.
