I just tried this Filipino gem in Villa Park based on a recommendation from a friend.

The food was abundant, there was a wide selection, the service was impeccable and personalized, and the atmosphere was nice.

My favorite was the chicken Siopao. I’ll be going back again to try the Pancit Malabon (Palabok)

Marcianas Kitchen is a small, filipino cuisine restaurant in VillaPark.

They serve your favorite filipino Silog Breakfast with tons of protein variety.
The quality and portions are great and the service was great! We were helped by a filipino auntie who is sweet, and knowledgeable about the dishes served.

The place is small and only has 2 small tables for accommodation so I reccomend calling, and taking your food HOT TO GO.

They have a variety of dishes, entree and desserts.

Best Filipino Food in Villa Park / Elmhurst area! Their Pancit tastes amazing. Especially the Sisig! It tastes like the OG Sisig you can eat back home! If you’re looking for an authentic Filipino Cuisine experience, you should give them a try. They offer lots of Silogs. It’s a small place so be prepared to have your food to-go. They’re more like a grab & go type restaurant.

Food was absolutely delicious. Not just the main entree, but the salted egg salad and the dessert.

Plus the staff were super friendly.

Highly recommend. Two thumbs up!

my phone did not eat first, sorry about that. as you can tell from the photo, the food was not good….. it was AMAZING. I came from Wisconsin to pick up my girlfriend from the Chicago airport and it was the best decision coming here. The titas were amazing and the food was cooked with love and more. Will be coming back next time i’m in the Chicago area.

If you’re craving Filipino food that tastes like home, this spot is an absolute must-visit. The dishes are authentic—none of that overly processed stuff—and every bite feels like it was made with love. The tapsilog is spot-on, with perfectly seasoned beef and fluffy garlic rice, and the pancit is packed with flavor, just like you’d find at a family gathering back home.

The staff? Super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel right at home, like you’re eating with relatives. Whether you’re Filipino and missing a taste of home or just curious about Filipino cuisine, this is hands down the best place in the area.

If you’re around, don’t skip it. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit!

I have dined at Maricana’s multiple times and it has been delicious every time! We bought a tray of pork egg rolls for a party and now all of our friends ask us to bring them. When ordering meals I enjoyed the tapsilog, longsilog, and tocilog.
