ordered online through grubhub because me and kids are sick. kids are recovering from flu and got hungry, I’m still sick. I didn’t read reviews, and we usually like panera soup during sickness. Got my order with missing items. Was so frustrated, contacted them and instead of apologizing or accepting their fault they blamed their systems, drivers (even hinted that the driver could take smth from the bag). I didn’t want to take sick kids and driving sick too, asked if they can send the rest of my order with other drivers or smth, they were kind of aggressive and like no time talking and said either someone would come and pick it or they would give points to order again not refund (i needed food asap for kids, couldn’t ask anyone to pick it up thats why ordered online delivery). On the the second try manager lady said to me over the phone the guy manager was really patient talking politely to me (he was not really, and like I was supposed to be grateful for it). So we ended up driving to the store. They gave us the rest of the order and added more food, put some coupons (noticed after that they are expired in 2024). All were so polite, looking at us and smiling (like the whole team came out). And because of expired coupons I think now that it was all a joke for them or what. I’m scared to eat that food maybe it’s also expired last year. Paid 61$, still sick and hungry and so frustrated with the whole experience. Will not order from this store. 3 stars cuz not sure if they tried to solve the issue or they were joking.

I dont go to Panera often anymore because of how pricey it has got over the years. But I needed a good soup as I was out today in negative degree weather. I began placing my order w/ Ashley and asked what rewards I had available. She informed me I would have use the app. I disliked the app but did it w/ no hesitation. Ashley stayed near and guided me. Well we couldn’t figure out why the reward wasnt working. So general manager Bobby came over and saved the day. He informed me about the rewards program and further assisted me in store. I was BEYOND satisfied with their knowledge, welcoming service and overall interest in helping me so I could enjoy my visit. Thank you both for an amazing experience

I was shocked today at the prices! I used to enjoy Duets..a great value..but that’s been discontinued. Now they have $5 “specials” for half sandwich or half salad or cup of soup..almost $11 with tax if you order 2. A full sandwich is about $13 now. Insane! Today i asked for chips as my side..when I got home I saw a hard small piece of baguette instead. Very disappointed..

Just had to share of my incredible experience today specifically with manager Bobby at the Algonquin location. Super fast service and you could tell he and his team were getting after it to ensure everything running smoothly. He couldn’t have been nicer! Food was great too!

This Panera location has such friendly, kind workers, it is nice and clean, and the food is always amazing.

You can always tell they make the food with love and care. They don’t just throw everything together, they take the time to make it look nice, and taste delicious!

I also appreciate how they have a microwave that you can use on your own. Especially to warm up a cinnamon roll or chocolate chip cookie.

I love Panera Bread so much and This is my first time dinning in this location. Place is clean, food was done fast. And they even gave me free taste cookie (I guess they’ll use it for the upcoming Valentines)
The only thing that bothered me are the staff who’s preparing the food . They talked (which is fine) but SOOO LOUD in their language. There’s one lady there who keeps on laughing “so loud”… i mean, they can do it inside or whatever, but not in-front of the “dinning customer” like me who wants to have a meal peacefully.
So I don’t think I’m not going back here.

The manager this evening (Eva?) was incredibly rude, interrupting me when I called about someone else’s food being delivered to my house. Before I could finish speaking, she interrupted me and said “once it leaves our store, we have no control over it, you will have to call DoorDash and figure it out.” I asked for the store manager to call me. I then called the driver FROM THE PANERA APP and he was so nice, apologizing profusely. he told me when he went to pick up the food, a Panera employee asked to see his phone and handed him the bag. In his words, “ I don’t look inside bags because that would be gross to touch peoples food.” Which I entirely agree with. He told me he would call the store to see what he could do for me. He then called me back and said the manager there was very rude, yelled at him and told him “you work for me it’s your fault.” Then, the Panera manager called me back and told me she just talked to the driver and he was very rude to her. She told me he admitted it was his fault. I said to her, “ I find that odd because he was very nice to me and he told me that you yelled at him.” Her response to this was “ Well, of course I did. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about.” As someone who works in leadership as a manager as well, I can only hope that this woman treats her employees better than she treats her customers.

I wanted to call out Gisselle for making my visit to Panera so pleasant yesterday morning. Even though the dinner was clearly busy, she greeted me with a genuine, warm smile and was extremely helpful. Her positive energy is amazing and really brightened my morning. She took the time to give me a complimentary drink for my wait. Really great service!!

Ordered a sandwich on Uber Eats with no cheese. After 40 minutes came to my house with cheese. I then got a refund and thought I’ll drive to Panera otherwise I’ll have to pay delivery again. I go through the drive thru and order the same sandwich with no cheese…..open the bag; CHEESE ON MY DAMN SANDWHICH. I go around the drive thru again and now I’m ordering for a 3rd time…how hard can it be
