This is the 2nd time ordering delivery and order was messed up again
Why is it so hard to grab the correct chips, either someone likes to be funny with someone’s food or does not give any care in the world about their job. First time I had the salsa but no chips at all and now I get their version of fritos
I go here in person during lunch time and I have zero issues but the evening shift doesnt care at all
Edit after eating for 15 mins – i now have zero confidence in their evening crew…Just found plastic wrap in the mac and cheese

Louis Silva the kid with tattoos on his arm that works the drive thru is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would avoided coming to this location. I like nearby so it’s always been convenient but the disrespect and lack of customer service makes it not worth it. He not only yelled at me because HE messed up my order and I called him on it but he proceeded to slam the window in my face that my faces sticking his tongue out taunting and laughing at me. If your going to hire kids to work in an establishment they should be held at high standards when it comes to customer service and respect. I had to file a complaint with the GM and I plan to call HR as well as corporate.

First time at this location and definitely will come back here. I was greeted when I walked in, all the staff were wearing masks, the restaurant was spotless, I got my burrito fast and hot. And the price is just right. Thanks so much for the great lunch and pleasant visit. Keep up the good work!

Just left, Absolutely one of the worst El Pollo Locos i have ever been to. The gentlemen behind the counter was the rudest unprofessional individual I’ve ever experienced. After waiting for 15 min I asked him how much longer for a Pollo Bowel and chicken quesadilla. He said 20 to 30 min. I advised him that unfortunately I could not wait that long.and needed to leave. So I asked for a refund. He then Preceded to roll his eyes and tell the other employees “ these people are loosing their patience and want a refund” I advised him it had nothing to do with patience I just thought 30 to 45 min for what I ordered was too long and I had to pick up my daughter at 7. The manager did come and apologize and made my Oder real quick. She was very apologetic but it was clear they had a line of customers waiting extended times for food. With tickets they could not find. Never will return.

Overall, the Pollo Bowls are awesome! BUT the Crunchy Taco was No Bueno. A total broken mess. I just threw it into my Fit Bowl. and Why Foil? But maybe Stop with the Crunchy Tacos

I’m attaching images of a burrito I purchased. Guaranteed no one will be able to guess what it was.
Did you guess an $8.50 Birria burrito? Probably not right? Cus theres no meat in this thing. I ate half, then disassembled it to take photos so you can see the lack of meat. This is what almost 9 dollars gets you at this location. What a joke. I finally hit meat in the last 2 bites, but 95% of this burrito did not have any. Super dissapointed as I love Birria. This ain’t it though, do better El Pollo Loco.

We’ve always loved this place—the service was great, and the employees are wonderful. However, we were really disappointed this time. We didn’t get our free taco as expected, and the portions on our Tacos el Carbon were so small, it just wasn’t worth it. SMH. Hoping this was just an off day because we usually love coming here.

Worst customer service. Couldn’t get a 4 item order right. Had to come back to get forgotten food and got an attitude from the window for it. Rushing me like they have better things to do or they’re late to go on break.
