I couldn’t figure out why the parking lot was just about empty at lunchtime, now I know. The food was really just ok, the loaded nachos are normally great, but here I received a hot mess, more red sauce than beef. They were loaded all right, with red sauce! People were super nice, order was made super fast since not one car in drive-thru. Maybe next time if I try them again it will be better. I’ve definitely had much better at other locations.

So much for customer service in 2025. I was forced to use their computer tablet set up instead of being able to just order from someone at the desk. Purposely messed up my order because I couldn’t just talk to someone, instead the options on their computer didn’t offer what I wanted added to my tacos and sides. Absolutely awful. I do not recommend supporting service this poorly.

This Taco Bell is very sub-par. I would avoid it. Extra small burritos, every taco shell is cracked, etc etc. But they are fast. I am surprised some places can serve food like this and stay in business…

Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco Bell! But I went to this location for the first time because it was on my way back from work. I ordered a beefy five layer burrito and a chicken quesadilla, instead I got a chicken enchilada burrito and my quesadilla was soggy and shoved into the bag, the worst part is that there was barely anything in the quesadilla. I do not recommend this location, the one on w 12th is much better.

An employee said he’d drop me on my head after I responded to when he insulted while checking out. I walked to the register and he laughed and called me things like shaggy and Logan Paul before I even spoke to him that’s not a big deal but when I said that he looked like the comic book guy from the Simpsons is when he said he’d ‘drop me’. Why insult someone when you cant take it like you expected them to take it? After I I called he stood there staring at me and giggling with his friend. A little dork
