I know fast food is never going to look like the photo but does it need to be this sloppy every time. Literally ever time I get a fillet-o-fish so lopsided and trying to fix it rips the bun or patty. I went back inside and requested them to fix it. The woman who bagged it did not check to make sure it wasn’t lopsided and she did not place it in the bag flat. When I took it out of the bag and checked it was of course lopsided again. This is also the ONLY McDonald’s that is so cheap about adding extra cheese on the fillet. I know it normally comes with a half slice but if I’m being charged the same amount to add an extra slice regardless of which burger or sandwich why just give another half slice. The last time I complained about this the manager gave me an attitude saying that is how it’s supposed to be but literally no other McDonalds I go to does this.

This morning, two female employees asked me to wait at the window for about five minutes while they stocked the kitchen. During that time, they laughed and spoke to each other in broken Spanish. When I asked for a “pup cup,” they seemed unfamiliar with the request and laughed again. One of the women, speaking in broken English, told me to wait while she finished cleaning before taking my order—even though I was the only customer in line.
Their behavior came across as rude and unprofessional. As a McDonald’s shareholder, I find this experience disappointing and not reflective of the service standards I expect from the brand.

My order was not right. I had to drive all the way back and called while I was on the way. I politely explained the mistake. When I arrived a woman in a black shirt who I think might be the manager didn’t even apologize. I asked if the meal could be remade and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She called my order out when ready, left it on the counter & just walked off without saying anything. Bad customer service.

My wife and I found a hair in the salad . We returned it to the lady on the counter. We didn’t make a big deal out of it. We know of course it’s not from us because it was a blond hair. This is seriously gross and disgusting. In addition, the salad is bad. Some leaves are have spots on them and others have blackened edges.

So far the best McDonald’s I have ever been. They have such great costumer service and great Co-workers that work very hard. I always get my food in time before I go to work . The food is always fresh and hot to take back home or work , enjoy every piece of the food . Also the bathrooms are very clean and also the tables.

Best coffee (in my opinion) Always a quick and easy drive through when hitting the road. Wish they would bring back the Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel Breakfast. It is all over the eastern states and is the best breakfast out there!

Ordered a smoothy. Didn’t tell me the machine was broken. Just didn’t bring me my order. Got me a shake instead. Then told my friend that the shake machine was broken and she got a mcflery. Then my friend wanted chocolate milk and they were out. Didn’t give my friend a free cookie for using the kiosk as advertised. Toy was broken in the Happy meal. Felt discriminated against , could not sit in “reserved seating”. Signature crafted burger was extremely good.
