You know what your coming here for. Quick cheap pizza. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Food still decent. Price isn’t that bad compared to other pizza joints. The wait ain’t too bad if you order online, but if you order 1 pizza to go. It will be around 10 minutes, depending on the line of other folk an drive through.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order at the Little Caesars in Olympia Fields. First off, the app definitely needs improvement. My youngest brother went to pick up my order of five pizzas, only to be told that someone else had already picked it up. This didn’t make sense, especially since I had just received an email confirming that the order was ready for pickup.
It seems there was a mix-up, and if the store gave my order to someone else by mistake, they should have taken responsibility for it. Instead, I felt like the situation was being shifted onto the customer. If there was an error, it’s important for the store to own up to it rather than blame the customer. I understand the store is new, but common sense should still apply.
Overall, I’d recommend the store work on improving order accuracy and communication to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.

Went in to order two extra most best pizzas. The cashier said you can go back to the drive-through and pick it up If you’d like . I came back through the drive-through to pick up my pizza in 15 min later.I was given a fresh pepperoni and one was an old pepperoni. Neither of them were the extra most best.

Food was delicious! My family and I enjoyed it. Food was hot. Bread and crust was perfect. Very generous on toppings and ended dinner with a perfect brownie dessert! So glad this location opened up near me!

The app needs work PERIOD, I think it’s just when you order from this store. The app be saying some toppings are not available on some pizzas, so instead of paying 5.99 I had to pay full price and the manager wouldn’t honor the promo. 0 stars, disgusting. I tried it once and hated it, gave this location another shot thinking maybe it was a one off but nope. I ordered the slice n sticks and there isn’t a speck of seasoning on the pizza. Just bland pizza. I ordered the slice n sticks specifically because it’s supposed to be made like the Italian cheese bread which has seasoning. Also, this franchise needs to be investigated because it’s the only little Ceasars I’ve been to that used a strange thick white cheese for its pizzas. This to me doesn’t seem standard to what every other little Ceasars uses.
