After 6 months of not ordering I decided to give Mr. Pizza another chance. This time I did the pick up so it was nice and hot. Ordered Two large pizza. One deluxe and one Meat lovers. Also I wasn’t the only one rating the quality of the pizza it was my kids. They said it was very big piece and they liked it very much. My daughter’s only comment was the meat lover didn’t have enough cheese. It good quality pizza.
So I have ordered three different occasions, always being delivered to my place of work. This last time I ordered a custom pizza, two orders of cheese bread and a two litter. I did it online with instructions to leave it at the emergency children hospital. I was so worried my order wasn’t going to arrive that I called and told them where the order needed to go. So I was at work waiting 45 mins past nothing 1hrs past nothing. I went to out security to check if anything was delivered and nothing. I called again asking about my order and they said they would call me back because the drive was out making our delivery. I stood there waiting and again nothing by this time it was already 2hrs past since I ordered. I was frustrated. Then I get a call saying drive left order. After that I got a voice-mail from driver saying It was left it at front entrance of hospital. Well I went to front office because I work in ER children which is not the same and yup sure enough my order was there. I talked to that security and he told me my order had been there for 1hr and 40 mins. It was cold. I was mad at this point and apparently the drive told security he was just going to leave there and call me to get it. He never called. Then he states that I should of been more specific to where delivery should have been made. Clearly I wrote which entrance. I tried called the restaurant to inform them of what happened apparently no manager or owner was on site not even a supervisor, worst experience ever. Lady told me she wanted my information to tell owner of what happened and guess what nothing happened because I didn’t receive a phone call back. Usually I don’t complain as much but my order came out to close to $49 for a cold pizza 2 orders of cheese bread and 2 litter pepsi. Not my idea of good service.

The food was great, and I do mean GREAT. The service was bad and the atmosphere was fair. They have signs taking about them being slow because they can’t hire anyone. They have patio furniture for their main table. It did actually take quite a while to get the food and they brought it out to-go. They thing that really just drove the rating way down for me was that I just got my food. I ordered $50 worth of food and gave a $10 tip “to the chefs.” I had pizza and multiple entrees. I asked for some parmesan because they didn’t give us any and I was told it was $.25 a pack. I was floored. I then didn’t have a quarter, so they made me take 4 packs.

For 2:30am this spot is not bad at all cheese sticks classic style fettuccine Alfredo was hot with nice flavor garlic bread was good also the chipotle ranch sauce was great

Wow! Sometimes you see a place and just think “What the hey?!” Well I am in town for a wedding shoot. Figured we would grab a bite. Stopped into this place, and we glad we did! The deluxe was devine. Very good topping ratio and excellent amount of sauce, and oh the grease! Not to greasy just right! Was such a great piece of pizza! Canoli was awesome as well and the cheesecake was yum! Will have to make this a go to when in town!

I dined in here on a Friday night. They were pretty busy. Their phone was ringing with orders continuously. My food took a while to come out but it was pretty tasty and hot. I would try them again and just plan on Fridays they’re pretty slammed.

I had an order of Lasagna delivered to my home, it was hot as well as delicious. There was even real beef in it! It is the best Lasagna in the whole of Grand Rapids. Have a taste for Lasagna, you have got to try Mister Pizza!

Website was not very informative nor complete. We saw a deluxe pizza on their front page but not offered anywhere on the menu. How is a deluxe not offered? We were right by so we stopped in and said can we have a deluxe which they said yes. I think we were charged a medium for each individual item because a rather small pizza was over $20. Hey it was good pizza, but the customer service was strange and slow and expensive and the sausage was overwhelming. Maybe because they’re open til 4am and this happened at midnight, we were talking to zombies??

I ordered a taco pizza and there was no sauce, very little cheese, and all meat. It tasted terrible. It looks like dog food. Why they don’t use sauce I have no idea. But I will never order food here again.
