We went for a late lunch
I had the big salad..yes it was big enough I got full I added steak to the salad.there was enough of everything in the salad I wasn’t eating just lettuce at the end.
My husband got the cod basket he said his fish was really good. The fries had breading and were crisp .I will be going back again.
we are back again I had the New York with mashed and green beans,the gravy was homemade and flavorful.
I like my steak well and it was well and juicy and tender.

I followed the reviews, the reviews were right! Great food, great drinks, great service, and a great first time at Hank’s. In fact, so good that we returned the following evening! This is one of the spots where you’re immediately comfortable as soon as you walk in. Great menu, robust cocktails, personable service. You can quite simply like literally everything about this place.

We’ve been coming to Hank’s Tavern a couple of times a week over the last few weeks, and it has quickly become one of our go-to spots. It’s a great place for a quick lunch, and it’s also been a good, easy stop with the kids for dinner.
The food has consistently been very good, and the service has been even better. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes us feel welcome every time we come in. We definitely plan to keep coming back!

I really liked it. The food was really tasty and the service was really attentive and fast. Really laid-back atmosphere with TVs and such. The table and chairs were comfortable. I like the layout of this place is kind of cool and unique. One of a kind kind of places.
I put slightly difficult to find parking, but that was mostly because the place was really busy, which is a good sign. It’s obviously a popular place.

A friend that lives here recommended this place. Im from New Orleans so my friend knows my palette and my taste. I must say, the food was great!!!! Amanda was pur server and she was knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. I got the tenderloin tips, the house salad and the gumbo. Looks can be deceiving because the gumbo doesn’t look like our gumbo from New Orleans, but it tasted great!!! The place was clean, and felt like a comfortable environment. I would recommend folks to stop here and eat!!!

We sat outside since it was such a beautiful day. They had kayakers pulling off the river. It was somewhat busy that day but the staff I felt worked together well. We will definitely go back.

The food was excellent The steak was cooked exactly how I asked to have hit cooked. The sides were the right sized portions. I had steak bites with dipping sauce for my starter.
The service wasn’t bad, but I felt they kept over looking me because I was by myself. It took me 50 minutes from start to finish.

I’m so disappointed I haven’t tried this place sooner!!! We stopped in for our lunch on our anniversary and it did not disappoint! We had the gizzards for an appetizer, Mac and cheese with pulled pork and mushrooms and pork chops and waffle fries! EVERYTHING was on point and we left satisfied and with leftovers.
