We came here the other day and was so disappointed with the way we were treated!! Ordered tacos in the restaurant part of the store. Was approached by a male who took our order. We paid, and went back into the grocery section to pay for our other items. Took maybe 10 minutes. When I came back, I stood at the end and waited. And waited. I waited so long I actually looked up from my phone and realized they weren’t cooking any food???? So there was a lady who is white as a ghost and elderly who is a cook, she looked at me and put gloves on and started to cook my tacos. Okay, fine. Thanks. When she put the box of tacos on the counter, I asked her what one of your fresh drinks was. She rolled her eyes, stated the drink, and started to walk away. I asked her if I could have a medium one. She snatches a cup up and slams it on the counter, rolls her eyes again and pours the drink. I politely tell her no thanks and leave. The attached picture is what I was served when I had got to my car. I had not tipped the box or anything. This is literally the way she prepared my food and handed it to me. I can’t imagine what would make someone so angry they’d knowingly and willingly throw some crap like this together and serve it to someone.
Also, there was no seasoning. Where’s the seasoning?!

I have been to this grocery store a bunch of times but I never ordered anything to eat inside before. I was supprised by how loaded the Huarache was, I was very pleased, I also requested the item to be modified and they did what they could to make it as I asked.
The wasn’t slow, it took around ten minutes, everything that was on my plate was put together with fresh ingredients so that’s understandable.
There isn’t alot of seating but for being a place inside of another store there is a considerable amount. I also visited on the weekend and it was busy and there was a line for checking out. The window says they are open daily 6 am to 9pm so that a big chunk of hours.
The Location is only 1 mile west of 35W Highway so it’s a prime spot. It is not a sit down with a menu and order place, it is a order at the counter and get your recipe number called and pick it up place. So you can dine in once you have your food or take it to go with you. I liked the taste of the food and I would like to go back and try out additional items on the menu.

I was there early , order 4 taco asada , meat was from yesterday the kid just reheated on the grill which made it really hard to chew . I’m not sure if he is instructed to reuse from the day before or he just doesn’t want to throw away food, regardless, it was not excellent just fair.

This taqueria is attached to the lomabonita Mexican store. The tacos are always tasty and made fresh. Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food.

All I can say is that the food carne asada tacos were pre-cooked and cold. The chicken quesadilla was good, hot and fresh but the rice and beans had no flavor. The salad that came with it was good & even had avocado so that was a surprise! Counter service and atmosphere .. ?? What atmosphere would that be? Just a taco place in a mercado .. nothing special but just so so.

I recently moved from Yuma, Arizona where I had tacos from Mexico 15 minutes away. These are the most delicious and most comparable tacos I’ve had anywhere outside of Mexico or southern Arizona!! The pastor was incredible.
