I literally flew back from Korea and was craving more Korean food that wasn’t just KBBQ and this place popped up.

Excellent service and honestly top notch food. The kimchi jiggae was so flavorful and delicious and the kimchi jeon was perfect. This is definitely my new spot for Korean food with a homemade feel to it.

One of the rare times I didn’t go to kbbq and opted for home style Korean food instead. Surpasses expectations! Portions were huge and everything was delicious! Ordered the pork belly with squid specialty and seafood pancake which I’d both recommend. The bibimbap was mid. The sides were delicious. Can’t wait to go back again and so happy I found this place to get delicious home-style authentic Korean dishes!!

The service was so amazing and friendly. The banchan (side dishes) was some of the most authentic and best I’ve had. Portions were very generous. The food was definitely a 10/10

This restaurant offers a variety of classic Korean dishes with the banchan standing out as a highlight for us. However, the interior feels underwhelming and lacks the warmth or ambiance you’d expect for the price point. Staff and a family were yelling across the restaurant at each other, albeit in a friendly manner. While the food is great, the prices may not justify a stop for some people. Food was incredibly fast and the single order was beyond enough for two people.

Good little place to drop in if you’re craving Korean. Side dishes were lovely and refilled often and the food we ordered was authentic and tasty. Luckily it wasnt busy when we went and they seated our large-ish party of 7 immediately. Nice little hidden gem.

In less than 1 year, the prices for the kalbi and bulgogi have increased by more than $10 each! The bulgogi is now served on the same kind of stone plates as the kalbi. That’s no big deal, but there’s no more mushrooms, and the onions weren’t cooked enough. I can’t tell if it’s the same amount we used to get because of the difference in how it’s now served, but I’m guessing it’s the same amount of meat.

I miss the old banchan – especially the potatoes, tofu, and greens, but I think they now give 8 instead of 7 kinds, and 2 were seaweed. They also give squash instead, but they only included a few pieces each time… Which were also very oily. At least the seafood pancake is still good like usual.

Original review October 2022:
This place is great for both big groups and also couples or individuals. There’s still a lot of room after they remodeled their seating. It used to be more open when I was here years ago, and now they have a wall in the middle of the room to divide the seating. I was worried it would make me feel more claustrophobic, but it actually allows for a little more privacy.

We got the LA kalbi and bulgogi and tasted the seafood pancake. Their seafood pancake is the best one I’ve had out of 3 different Korean restaurants I’ve been to this season – both in terms of flavors and size. I didn’t have any doughy or overly burnt pieces like I’ve had at another restaurant. The unique thing about the bulgogi is that it comes with an electric cooker (not sure what it’s called), so you have to wait for the mushrooms and onions to cook because they’re raw. I’m not sure if I like this or not because it takes up a lot of room. The amount of meat provided in both dishes was fair for the price. Plus, their flavors were on point.

One of the only things that shocked me was the bibimbap because I don’t remember it being so small. The price was almost $20 for a small bowl. Usually I have enough for leftovers at other Korean restaurants or here years ago, but the new size looks too small. I would probably stick with getting meats and the seafood pancake. The banchan was pretty standard – nothing amazingly unique or bad. I did like the tofu one the most.

Been there a couple times, they were remodeling and were pretty good before that. Also tried a few times after remodeling, didn’t like it too much. Bibimbap was pretty good as it usually be, fried chicken needs dipping sauce or marinated, has no taste. Other dishes are as good as it usually would be, but just okay.

I have been here twice, eating in the restaurant and once gotten a take out order.
And both times the food has been good. I love the banchan. It’s definitely a place I will return to.

I’ve been here twice and enjoyed it both times! I went with all adults once and once w/ my kids. My daughter did the- I’m staying in the car routine once we arrived- but once inside and watching two ladies eatting and taking pictures of everything they ate she gave in and fell in love. It was a fun and exciting experience the second time w/ my family because we only had my pictures to tell us what was good and the owner was so sweet and explained the menu to us and gave us really good recommendations.
Terra is a new beer but it was our favorite. The steak you could cook at table was great w/ adults but a bit large/ pricey w/ a little family outting where wanted to try a lot of smaller dishes. Definately try it w/ 4-6 adults though!! So tasty my mouth waters thinking about it!
