Many choices for Mexican cuisine in the area, and this one is ok. Wide variety on the menu. None of the food was bad, but none of the food stood out as excellent. Service was good, but atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming. Food came quickly and was hot. Steak fajitas were plentiful but lacked tenderness and flavor. Tortillas were nicely warmed but store-bought. Burrito Macho was good. No liquor available so no margaritas. Guacamole and salsa was good.

Yesterday I stopped in, I ordered 2 Tacos to go. I waited 20 minutes. I asked the guy who took my order “how much longer would it be” He went to kitchen brought me the order. I opened pan to check and make sure it was Shrimp, I left started eating while driving. I ate the soft taco(shrimp was not fully cooked) I then started to eat the hard shell.. I noticed something dark on lettuce. I looked at it saw a roach. I immediately turned around no longer cared about being late for appointment. I told the guy who took my order. He treated me as if I was lying he gave my money back didn’t even apologize! He said you checked before you left. I will never return!

The tamales were perfect, but the chili poblano was not as done as I would have preferred. Service was prompt and our waitress came back several times to check on us. We spent about 25 for 2 people.

We came here for lunch and they didn’t disappoint. We had the lunch fajitas and honestly 2 people can share this. We also have the #1 lunch special with the Chile Rellenos and it was amazing. Delicious

Man, I’ve yet to be disappointed in a Mexican restaurant in the Huntsville area! This one is no exception. Great responsive service and fantastic food.
Side note:
I don’t hate it but I am not a fan of vegetables in my Mexican rice. I’ve never seen this before going to Mexican restaurants in the Huntsville area, multiple do this. I’m from the west coast and lived in the south west near the border of Mexico, never have I seen this. I suspect this is a southern/south east adaptation. Can anyone confirm?
