Just walked in at 745am on Sunday the 8th of march..they got a new touch screen to order from, apparently that means they can completely ignore customers when they come in for dine in. I don’t want to use the screen..i want to talk to a person.
It is extremely rude to walk past three times pretending you don’t see us waiting there. After standing there several minutes, we realized she was refusing to take our order so we left without buying anything.

We were here last week and saw the new computer aided ordering stations, they were not up and running yet. We were greeted quickly and made our orders. Today, we were not greeted and after 5 minutes we were told we would have to wait, if we were not using the computers to order. We waited, about 5 minutes more and then gave our orders. We tried to asked a question, but we were still egnored by two employees. I’m wondering how many employees were laid off because of these computers. We were a little put off, that someone, who walks into your business and they’re egnored. We ordered the same things as last week, but the food just did not taste as good as last week. This was complete, BS, we come in 2 to 3 times a month. I can assure you, that we will no longer be coming here.

I went in to order the specials like 2 for 7 or 2 for 8. When I got in, I went up to the counter, cause I did not feel like using the kiosk. I had already seen people struggling with it so I decided to bypass it expecting my order to be taken at the register. The manager Samora did not even acknowledge the fact that we were standing at the register for five minutes. When she finally did turn around, she said oh here let me help you order on the kiosk. We went to the kiosk and mind you I’ve already been waiting 15 minutes just to order a hamburger. We went to the kiosk and she did not even know how to order my food on the kiosk and then proceeded to tell me, I could not get the deal because it’s only an app deal. That was some BS after 27 minutes I decided not to order my food and leave. But not before asking for the district managers You’re welcome which she gave me was Lisa and then proceeded to tell me I could not have her last name. There is no phone number to call and complain to Burger King. However, I will be using their support app and making a formal complaint.

My food was for dine in and asking for my drink was amusing. Y’all didn’t seem to busy in the front to change out the small cartridges of Powerade, peace tea & about half the soda selection. Should take about 15 minutes tops hot towel and warm sanitizer water cleaning out cartridge insert bsfire entering a new one. In case y’all didn’t know.

Very nice location. Tons of parking and well lit. Several entrances into parking and place itself.
Extremely clean and great team members.
Easy menu. Dine and pickup. Nice selection for drinks. Easy menu and very nicely priced for anyone. Lots of crowns to give out. Kid friendly and lots of seating. Chivetv on for those to watch. Playground area is closed at this time.
Food is great and a lot to choose from. Highly recommended.

Order two BBQ BACON WHOPPERS and they gave two cheese burgers. If the person can read the screen in front of him I think you need to hire someone who can.
It’s not hard to make 4 sandwiches when you have NOBODY in the restaurant or in the Drive thru.. September 14 2024 the restaurant has not gotten any better order the food ahead and take it home and decide to eat it there there were no clean table in the restaurant on my pictures you will see all the trash on the table trash on the floor. The people in back or just laughing and having fun like it was a party night back there. The girl who got my drink couldn’t remember which one was what Dr pepper or Coke he walked 10 ft to the counter of Front. Now I see why the store is still hiring trying to hire people with what you got working there..

We were there on a Sunday afternoon my husband ordered his burger the way he likes it everything on it mustard no ketchup or mayo my burgers had extra onions and jalapeños plus chicken nuggets we ordered inside and took it home, well his burger was packed with mayo and a bit of ketchup he was pissed off she repeated twice back to us. We didn’t get sauce for our chicken nuggets which I was asked what kind do we want. We spent $30.00 on something we were not happy with i even called the restaurant tried to explain everything she hung up on me . Called back went to voice mail, I even tried to send emails none of them work. How do you run your restaurant with children wanna be adults they sounded like a part in the back poor service and food content wasn’t good shame on you Burger King. I am a very angry customer well the worst burger king i ever ate at can’t get nothing right learn English first I am reporting you all to BBB and the county food services can’t wait to get your place shut down

I had an issue with my order being incomplete, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention I was accused of lying instead of being helped. I had to argue just to receive what I paid for, and I never received the sauces for my nuggets. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled — especially calling a customer dishonest — was very disappointing.

I have experienced repeated issues with a Burger King order placed through DoorDash. Despite receiving credits for previous order discrepancies, the restaurant has declined to offer a resolution for the most recent issue. Attempts to discuss the matter with the manager, including providing photographic evidence, were unsuccessful. The manager was unresponsive and ultimately left the conversation without providing contact information for corporate headquarters or her name. This situation requires immediate attention.
