The atmosphere was clean. The lady that took my order was polite and friendly but the young Spanish lady/girl that gave me my food was rude and she didn’t have any customers service skills. The French fries tasted old and salty like they reheated them and they forgot my cheese on my chicken sandwich. My experience today was very unpleasant. I will not be coming here again.

Received my mobile order. It was wrong. Called the store and they would answer and set the phone down. After 30 calls someone finally spoke. I told them my problem all he would do was say he was sorry. He called me back after 5 minutes and tried to tell me I was wrong and wouldn’t listen. I finally sent my husband up there when he got off work to correct the issue.

I recently visited the McDonald’s at 7 North Duvall St in Claxton, GA, and had one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a $5 meal and was asked if I wanted a McDouble or McChicken, what sauce I preferred, and what drink I wanted. I also ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with a sweet tea, no ice. When I pulled around to the window, the clerk didn’t greet us or even bother telling us the total price—this was inconvenient since I wanted to give exact change but couldn’t.

After receiving only one drink, I was told to pull into spot 3 and wait for my food. When it was delivered, to my surprise, the $5 meal wasn’t in the bag at all. When I informed the employee, she just stared at me like a deer in headlights. Looking at my receipt, I realized the $5 meal wasn’t even added to the order, and on top of that, I was upcharged for a large sweet tea I didn’t ask for!

If this location is tacking on extra charges and failing to justify them, that’s a serious problem. To make matters worse, I ended up splitting my Quarter Pounder with my colleague because I didn’t have time to wait for the missing order. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no excuse for this level of carelessness. It felt like the employees genuinely hated the jobs that pay them, and it showed in their service. Highly disappointing.

Management is horrible. You bring a receipt showing you spent 23$ and they won’t give you your food. You order on the app it sends a confirmation saying that you for placing a order and they still don’t make it right. I work in the public and we use apps as well. When it does not work properly we make it right for the customer and def when they have proof of purchase. Management thinks they know everything but very rude. It’s a shame when you have dispute chargers with your bank company because a place of business wants to be ratchet… By far most horrible service and management I have experienced!!

Every time I get a Mcflurry it’s just icecream with some M&Ms on top. EVERY TIME. The employees act terrified to say hello how are you or any generic greeting your supposed to say. If they aren’t scared they just look mad about having to be there and don’t say anything. I always say hey how are you to any employee anywhere and the majority of these won’t say anything back except the girl yesterday did. I ordered a medium coffee 3 creams on the side and an order of bacon. Well the coffee was cold (condensation on the top of the lid) so God only knows how long it was sitting there and whose it was with a million creams in it because it was white. The bacon had congealed grease on it so who knows how long it had been just sitting in the “warmers”. Ive gotten happy meals with literally 3 fries in the fry box (I know they’re small but more than 3 can fit). I can’t even remember the last time I had an actual hot fresh fry from mcdonalds. When you do get one that’s semi fresh you can tell they were pulled early (they literally have the time scientifically figured out to make sure they’re done in the quickest about of time) i got a large frappe one day and half the cup was whipped cream.. they got an attitude with me when I asked for the other half of my drink. If I wanted a cup of whipped cream I’d go to the store and buy a can for 2 bucks. Not to mention the idiot customers that don’t understand the dual drive thru. It literally has lines to follow. You don’t skip everyone else that’s been waiting to for a second line, you merge when the lines tell you!!! All your doing is making people that do right mad and block traffic up that’s not drive thru related. While I’m at it ill also mention how the inside just feels dirty and sticky. It smells like those regulars that I think live in there and have been since I worked in there ten years ago. It’s called soap if your reading this and one of them. I know you are one of the only places to eat in town, so people have to eat there, but you could do much better. Take pride in your business and your jobs. Btw those 2 pics are from 2 separate occasions. I should have taken one every time I got a cup of icecream for almost $4….. the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because I know I’ll have to go back. There’s no other options in this depressing town…. especially not that monstrosity of a Burger King. Why couldn’t yall have just done right? Why can McDonald’s just do right?

Just walked in as a customer to purchase kids meal toys we are collecting, was told by a worker in the drive through that they can be sold Separately (which I didn’t know and was great to know) so came in to purchase and was shut down by what I’m thinking in the management, completely aggressive and rude when I asked to purchase toys from the happy meals , apparently that’s a no no and bashed me!

Hard to rate anything when you don’t even get service! Line backed out to the road with no movement for nearly 15 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food and having worked in the fast food business before I can say this is sheer pot work ethic and management. There is no excuse.
