We visited Able Baker brewing and found this hidden gem of a kitchen tucked in the back and were blown away with their creations! Able Baker brewing is located in Downtown Las Vegas Arts district. This is not just brewery food , their menu has something for every palate. We had the Pastrami sandwich, Teriyaki chicken and Taco salad. Pastrami was very meaty and loaded between the soft bun with the pickled onions as a perfect compliment! Taco salad was unlike any taco salad that I’ve had. So creatively put together and ingredients were so fresh and full of flavors! That teriyaki chicken and Mac salad brought me back to Hawaii with one bite!!

This review is strictly for the food at Arts District Kitchen—because wow, they deserve some major praise! They’re located inside Able Baker Brewing Company, and it’s a simple walk-up-and-order setup. The girl who took our order was incredibly sweet, patient, and clearly knew her stuff, which helped a ton since everything on the menu sounded amazing!

We ended up trying a little bit of everything, and nothing disappointed. The onion rings were excellent—super crispy with that perfect crunch. The grilled chipotle lime chicken quesadilla was another hit: great lime flavor, a gentle kick of spice, and a beautifully charred tortilla. We also ordered the pork belly tacos and the pork belly banh mi. Both were delicious. The banh mi could’ve used a little more meat, but honestly, it had the typical amount you see for that style, and the sweet-salty combo was really fun!

Because everything was so good, we decided to circle back and grab the hot pastrami sandwich after seeing someone else order it—and WOW!!! That thing was a full-on showstopper! Loaded with meat, melty, flavorful, cheesy… it’s an absolute must! Honestly didn’t even want to share this! This sandwich and the pork belly tacos were our favorites, but truly, everything was solid!

Food came out quickly, there were plenty of open tables, and we’d highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! Totally calorie worthy!

“Best of” lists can be useful outside of the possible on point/arbitrary/questionable designations. For example, I had had no idea Arts District Craft & Kitchen had existed for years inside Able Baker Brewing until I read on Eater Las Vegas this January about its “best” chicken wings.

Beer Brined Jumbo Wings ($13): Six in Hoisin Sambal and accompanied by Blue Cheese on the side. From ordering to delivery took about 10 minutes. Decently sized pieces, half drumsticks, half flats, pretty meaty and evenly sauced. Tasty. Semi-chunky dip was good too.

Value: Very good.

Service: Very pleasant and helpful.

We recently enjoyed a quick afternoon lunch at Arts District Kitchen (inside Able Baker Brewery) while on a trip to Las Vegas.

We started with the Elote Salsa and Chips, which was a tasty twist from the usual chips and salsa! For our main courses, we had the Craft Burger and the Fried Chicken Sandwich. Both were great! The burger was cooked well and served with fresh toppings, and the fried chicken was very crispy.

Overall, it was great beer paired with some great food! We will definitely return on our next trip.

Location shares a space inside the Able Baker Brewing Company so there may not be outside signage. Ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger which consists of candied bacon, American cheese, onion rings, and BBQ sauce. Plus a side of fries. This was a nice satisfying burger for those craving a classic burger that balances a little bit greasy and savory. The fries were also pleasant to enjoy together. Service can get backlogged during evening rushes so you may want to grab your bite first before you pop over to the bar for a drink.

The vibes were good, but the food portion sizes are so tiny for the money. Good food just cost to serving ratio was way off (pork bowl and salad). I was looking around and everyone else’s dishes looked pretty small too 🙁

Ummmmm…. Can you say tasty??? Their food was fresh, fast, delicious and unique! I loved having a vegetarian option (cauliflower bahn mi!) and the fries were delightfully crispy. I’ve seen marriages between breweries and restaurants go badly, but this is a match made in heaven! Two people ordered the tikka masala tacos and loved them. Another person in my party got a burger that looked magical and someone else ordered a salad that was super fresh and a great size for an entrée. Some of the locals in my party went on and on about some trashy nachos or something that were really good too! Everyone was super friendly and atmosphere is great. The beer is fantastic and the selection is top notch. Don’t miss this gem!

Great service, Clean establishment.

The burgers are overcooked and not juicy otherwise they could have been great instead of just ok.
I suggest to request medium or medium rare.

Sides:
Enchilada chips
Chips with cold enchilada sauce and a dust
of cheese with raw onion slices is not great.

Onion rings:
OK.

This was our first visit to Arts District Kitchen. Very cute place that shares space with Able Baker. Separate entities. Jules was our server and helped us choose the chicken tikka rice bowl. This was excellent!! The food, ambiance, and service were all excellent. We will be back to try something else from their interesting menu.

So tonight we decided to visit the arts district kitchen after reading many positive reviews and watching videos on YouTube.
I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and my partner ordered the pull pork sandwich.

Food came out and looked presentable. Started eating into the chicken and after getting a good way through it I realised it was thoroughly undercooked. More than that it was fully raw. The thoughts of food poisoning while trying to get a long haul flight back to Ireland had me really upset as I am due to fly home tomorrow.

I brought the chicken sandwich back up. The server brought it back you the kitchen and apologised. I wasn’t happy with this I wanted rh to acknowledge they sold me raw chicken. They refused. I then asked for raw chicken back they also refused.

Then the chef manager came out. He was condescending and riled me up. He verbally acknowledged the chicken was raw and said the staff member that cooked the chicken was dealt with and then continued to say that I should be grateful that he came out to apologise to me. He could have just stayed in his kitchen. He then compared my experience to McDonalds and said McDonald’s wouldn’t do it. Difference is McDonald’s have quality controls in place. It’s clear the Arts District Kitchen does not.

Receipts attached to prove this is a genuine review.

The staff in this kitchen are not adequately trained to cook the food.
