I ordered falafel wraps to go using their website. The website shows several customization options, some paid others not. I picked a couple of simple addons like hot sauce for one wrap. Making a wrap spicy isn’t usually a paid upgrade nor did their website add any extra charges.
However, when picking up the order, I asked which wrap has hot sauce and I was told hot sauce was not added to any wraps since it is a paid add on!
Well, your website allowed me to add it without any extra charges so you should have honored it or called me to confirm instead of just not bothering.
Bigger issue was that the wraps were dry as sand. Usually there’s some sauce like tahini that makes the wrap moist. None in this case.
And the biggest issue was that the falafels were extremely sour in taste! I looked up online and this only happens when the dough has fermented which is a sign that dough has gone bad!!!
Fingers crossed that I don’t get food poisoning. If I do, I’ll be sure to lodge an official complaint.

Edited to add: I called the restaurant to inform them that the falafels are extremely sour so they check for themselves and don’t serve them to other customers. The person who picked up the phone refused to believe that falafels can be sour, repeatedly saying that is impossible. I offered to bring back the wraps so they can taste for themselves. Then this person offered to call the manager and I hung up after waiting on the phone for 3 mins.
It is clear they have no intention of admitting their mistake or refunding my order or apologizing for serving me spoiled food. Instead, it is easier to just refuse to believe the customer.

I ordered online and was 100% satisfied. Food was delivered very fast and was very hot and delicious. Portion was very big too. I ordered the sultan platter. I’m from South Africa, Cape Town, was very impressed and will highly recommend this restaurant. The fact that it was halaal was definitely a plus.

I just moved to the beach and discovered an amazing gyro spot nearby—what a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and always fresh. I usually go for the Beef-Lamb gyro or the platter, and it never disappoints. The meat is perfectly seasoned and tender, the portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s quickly become one of my go-to spots in the area. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality Mediterranean food!

They are horrible. I oponed up my sandwich to the guy sitting up there, black gentlemen with long hair and he looked at my sandwich and it was like what’s wrong with it and I said there’s only three pieces of meat on it. He said sorry that was it . Over the years they keep getting smaller and a lot more expensive. I understand if you have to charge more for inflation. But they charge more and try to trick people that’s a whole different story. I let it go two weeks ago because I thought it was just a mistake. But obviously, it’s not true. They’re really there just to screw people over. So if you like bread and lettuce, this is your spot . just filling it up with lettuce and putting the meat on top. a scam . I think they thought I was a tourist

Great to be back after 4 years.
I used to live in Florida for some time until i moved back to New York.
I used to come to this place often.
It was so worth coming back and having the food again.
Great service. They also deliver.
Prices might be a bit higher than a normal take out restaurant but they food is absolutely worth it.
And a lot of food options for adults and children.
Not a huge sitting tho. Which is OK. Enough seating for table of 6 (Max), can combine another table but sitting area could get crammed.
I got the chilly chicken gyro and wife got the philly gyro.
They were both rich in flavor. Filling and nice and fresh.
Fries and tenders were nice and hot.
Nothing was microwaved.
I also got the Lemonade which they make fresh with limes and mint leaves. It was so good i got it TWICE.
A must if you want to grab something on the go or have time to sit and have delicious wRm food!

My husband are I were their regular customers at the Pembroke Pines location but they closed it down. We recently tried this location and it tasted exactly the same. So glad that they still have one location open. Love their rice and the spicy sauce.

The waitress was very nice. But looking at the menu, what a disappointment! The true and authentic Greek gyros is made with pork… but there was no pork anywhere at “Juicy Gyros”… I gave up the idea to eat at this place, and went to a Cuban restaurant nearby, so I can’t judge the food. Just a head’s up, don’t expect to find an authentic Greek gyros here

Ordered take out with Uber eats. Mediocre food but fast delivery. 29 bucks plus the Uber fees gave us a ton of yellow rice and pita, 8 slices of meat, and salad. Overall it was dry, not much tzatziki added. See picture attached.
