This place is going…going…. almost gone. Two very nice ladies working in there with so little to sell. Idk whats going on…. but 4pm on a Sunday, they had no chicken for a sandwich. The employees, all 2 of them were great….

Ordered online almost an hour ahead of time. Showed up exactly when I said I’d show for the pickup. I was told at the window all they had was white meat and I had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for the dark, that I ordered ahead of time. I said sure I don’t mind. When I was waiting there was a car in front of me also waiting on their food and not a literal customer anywhere in the restaurant. I looked inside after 10 minutes through the window and not one customer, THREE employees sitting at tables playing on their phones, then seen what looked to be a cook walk out with gloves on and proceed to point at my car through the window waiting, and began chatting with the 3 other employees. There is now ANOTHER car behind me waiting for their order as well. It has now been 17 minutes since I showed up, and no food. I had the worst experience at the Popeyes by the college on South Georgia parkway and that’s why I began using this location instead. The last pickup was awesome, staff were very kind, but this time not so much. I’m very concerned that no one is getting their food at the window the entire time I’ve been waiting, nearing 20 minutes now for an order scheduled nearly an hour ahead of time online. Our order was simply a 5 piece dark chicken and two sides. It was not a large order placed last minute. I do now see customers entering the store with the 5pm rush, when i say rush I see open customer inside. we’re now 20+ minutes in on my wait, and the car behind me atleast 10 at this point.

JUST TERRIBLE!!! THIS POPEYES ALWAYS GIVE YOU HALF OF WHAT YOU ORDER AND THE BISCUITS.. ♀️ THEY STAY HARD! THE CHICKEN BITES WAS HARDER THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE. THIS FOOD IS TOO HIGH TO GET HARD FOOD EVERY VISIT! I’M NO LONGER ORDERING FROM THEM OR THE OTHER POPEYES.

Waiting for over 5 minutes for a single worker to appear….no one ever did. This is why Zaxbys has a line wrapped around the building and Popeyes is empty. Glad I wasn’t trying to rob the place, would have been pretty easy!

I can’t rate the quality of the food because I never even ordered!!! The employees were loud and obnoxious in the back. They never came to the counter to greet the customers who were waiting. The only thing they were serving was dirty looks and profanity.

Well. I don’t know what had happened here but for some reason the shrimp box has changed drastically. The shrimp box use to come in a box now they come in a small cup and small fries. For almost 12.00 and some change. Presentation is the key.

Extremely old. I saw several places in this establishment that needs serious attention. The chicken sandwich is the best thing. Their actual chicken was horrible. The workers were Extremely nice and professional. The owners should definitely come in and take a look around.

Never got food. Paid, waited over 10 minutes and noticed only cook was pacing up and down the sidewalk, came back in and told cashier I wanted my money back. She said they only had 3 people working. I told her and one of them is outside and just started cooking my food. She said I was being rude. I’ll never be back again.
