Stopped by Giordano’s near the Chicago airport and overall had a mixed experience. As expected with deep dish pizza, I was prepared for a long wait, but surprisingly the pizza came out much quicker than anticipated. That was a big plus, especially as we were hungry and on a tight schedule. The food itself was good. The deep dish with a hearty crust and rich flavors lived up to the Giordano’s name. Portion sizes were filling, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
Getting to the restaurant was a bit of a hassle, since it’s hard to access from one side of the road due to heavy traffic. Once you’re actually in the area, parking is plentiful and convenient, which helps offset that initial frustration. The biggest downside for me was the dining experience being interrupted by staff trying to take our picture, print it, and then sell it to us. That felt unnecessary and intrusive, and honestly it took away from enjoying the meal. It might not bother everyone, but it personally left a sour note for me.

I had a great experience at Giordano’s. The food is truly delicious! The fried calamari was the highlight for me—perfectly crispy with an amazing mix of flavors. The battered and fried lemon slices are mind-blowing and pair beautifully with the seafood and the house marinara sauce.
The main dishes were full of flavor. The pasta was tasty, and the chicken parmesan was colorful, rich, and satisfying. The dessert, however, was just okay—good, but with a very common flavor compared to the standout savory dishes.
The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very family-friendly, making it a place I would absolutely visit again. Great food, great portions, and an overall enjoyable experience.

Stopped by with a friend for my first ever Chicago deep dish pizza. It lived up to expectations—the environment was lively and clean, iced tea plentiful and the pie was satisfying. We had the arancini as an appetizer which was delightful as well. As a note we had the 10” Classic deep dish and it was more than enough for 2 adult men.

I’m sorry to give such a low rating – I usually avoid doing it, but the thin crust pizza was one of the worst ones I’ve had. I genuinely think that Domino’s or Costco pizza are a few leagues above. It’s funny because they said it would take 30 minutes, which makes it sound fresh, but we got a burnt flatbread, nothing like a pizza. They were also light on sauce and cheese was just ok, but overall it was pretty bad. I usually don’t like to ask to return things, and I thought it would be obvious that we left most of the pizza uneaten, but nobody bothered to ask if the pizza is good or if there was a program. We paid for a lesson. Btw I did hear that the deep dish is great, which might be true, but I’d definitely avoid the thin crust

Ordered to go. I was at a conference in Chicago. The World Famous Deep Dish. It was so good. It looked great, smelled incredible and tasted out of this world. Next I’m going to order it to be shipped to my home in Florida. So, my family can experience the awesomeness of Giordano’s!!!

We came in with a group of probably 50 people and they served us so good. I can’t believe they were able to handle such a large group. Never waited on anything. From the moment I got there till the moment I was stuffed the food just kept coming. I’ve never had Chicago style pizza before. The thick crust was amazing. Everything was amazing

My girlfriend who is from Chicago brought me here as one of the examples of true Chicago Pizza. I have had sort of deep dish before but nothing quite like this.. I think I would almost describe it more as a pizza lasagna than what I think of when I think of pizza. It’s definitely a majorly tasty alternative. Worth stopping at. Make sure you get a smaller one than you think of when you get regular pizza because like a skyscraper it goes up too.
The service was incredible. Our waitress said make sure you get a shot of me serving you the cheesy bite… And then when she pulled the first piece of pie, it indeed had a footlong cheese rope leading back to the pizza..
She also made sure she got a couple shots of us cuz we were obviously a couple.
All in all a great place to go

The Gluten-free pizza is great! It’s too bad they don’t have Gluten-free stuffed pizza but the Gluten-free crunchy thin crust is really good! Definitely add bacon, their bacon is freshly good on the pizza. They can do any of their pastas with Gluten-free pasta. It’s good but the pizza is incredible! Definitely recommend!

Took a group of 8 (all out-of-towners) to Giordano’s in Rosemont for their first Chicago deep dish experience — and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and attentive, which is impressive for a lunch crowd. The $10.99 personal deep dish (available in cheese, sausage, or pepperoni) plus a side is an awesome deal and perfect for getting a true taste of Chicago without the long wait. Everyone loved it! Highly recommended — a Chicago classic done right!
